Lost half my money on warranty claim

Bought a chain for £64.99 in November 2025 with free earrings as part of the Buy One Get One Free offer. After 7 months the chain had rusted and the gemstones had turned turquoise. They accepted it was faulty under the guarantee, which I appreciated.
I was offered a replacement or store credit, so I obviously chose the store credit as i’d now lost all confidence in that chain. Nowhere did they mention it would only be 50% of what I paid. After I’d accepted, they added just £32.49 to my account. Their reason was that because I got two items, I’m only entitled to half the order value. Funny how my receipt clearly shows the earrings were FREE, but now they’re suddenly worth £32.49.
I questioned it twice and just got the same copy-and-paste response. Lost half my money and now stuck with £32 that can buy you basically nothing from there so will have to spend more money. Very disappointing. Cheaply made rubbish!!!

Scammers

Scammers! Beware they do not give you money for refund after you return a package to them. I returned my package six weeks through their portal and the customer service pretends. They don’t know who I am every time I reach out I had to dispute a charge back on my card. The most frustrating experience ever. Oh and the reason I was returning, the clothes is because they’re horrible.

bought a ring from them with 2 of the rings the stones fall out.But they did send me a refund
my other ring was listed as 925 silver when i got the ring and wore it for a day i realised my finger turned green which made me look for a sliver stamp inside the ring and there was no silver stamp

item shrunk

Very unhelpful customer service. I’ve ordered 5/6 tracksuits from them. I have had no issues with any of them and have followed the care instructions. I was the items on their own on 30 degree wash and air dry. My latest tracksuit has shrunk and I’ve sent pictures showing them and they dismissed me completely and have offered no further help. The items are expensive but I don’t mind the cost if you are getting quality and also good customer service. They have just lost a customer.

Bought 4 pieces of jewellery from here. Every single one of them has turned my wrist and neck green! It’s shocking especially with how they promote themselves online. They’re no where near as good as they say they are. Yes the pieces look nice but that’s if you don’t mind turning green. I don’t recommended unless you’re a fan of shrek :)

Great customer service

We ordered a Bracelet ... when it arrived the clasp wouldn't open. There was no Drama I contacted customer service and it was sorted quickly by a lady called Bethany. I was asked to send the order number a video of the issue and the same day a new one was issued. Thank you Bethany for your quick and efficient customer service

Don’t recommend

Sent me my order missing 2 items . I only received the box ( medium, which i also payed for) . When i asked them to look into this matter they send me fake photos from a different order and said it was mine. I asked for a refund or at least send me the missing items they ignored me. Would not recommend

Ordered next day delivery over a week…

Ordered next day delivery over a week ago and still hadn’t received my parcel for an event I had planned tomorrow (EVRI’s fault), contacted cernucci via instagram and then the lovely Bethany helped me by posting my order back out for me and was prompt in responding throughout, thank you Bethany! ❤️(Fingers crossed it’s here tomorrow!!)

Not happy ordered 2 tracksuits and…

Not happy ordered 2 tracksuits and received wrong items first time ordering from this company understand mistakes can be made but think things should be double checked before sending out to customer now i have to return items and re order the tracksuit again as the return portal not allowing me to order my size not great im out of pocket until i receive my refund so now iv paid for 3 and only got 1

I’m writing on here to get a response…

I’m writing on here to get a response as I need an answer. I placed an order for next day delivery despite it being before the cut off I was told i wouldn’t receive it till the next working day. Since then I’ve had no update and the evri app just says “we’re expecting it”. I’ve emailed multiple times yet haven’t been given a reply as to whether it’s been handed over or when I’m going to receive the item.
