I bought an expensive ThinkBook at Dustin and paid it immediately through iDeal. They did send an invoice with the wrong name and address and refuse to send me an invoice with the right (business) name and address. I’m busy to get a new invoice for over a month and contacted them through e-mail and telephone. Without result. It’s very disappointing for a company that considers itself as ‘professionals’.

Unbelievable bad service (as a matter in fact no service at all), I order a laptop. Our IT-department took it out the box tried to install it and it did not work. Whitin 4 hours (yes they tried all they could) we told Centralpoint what was wrong with it (so they got a whole list of action we have done) and asked a new one. That was not possible, we had to contact the producer and they would send us a procedure to send it back, than it would be checked and repaired. So they send a broken laptop and did not want to replace it. I have never heard this before, not to trust in any way.

I did not receive it and then I called 2 days later, they said they did not have it in stock.
So I asked for my money back, which the support helped with.
Then They confirmed my refund, after 7 days I asked for an update.
"Kyarmen Heering" Told me then that I needed to do the confirmation AGAIN, to which I replied several times
but he did not reach back to me at all.

I will never buy again from Centralpoint.
- If you open a box, you can't return the item.
- If you didn't open the box and would like to return, its possible but you must pay stocking costs. If you buy a product from 200 euro and send it back it will cost you arround 40 euro stocking cost and you pay also for shipment cost. They send the item back to the distri so they have no stocking cost.
- If you have a bad item, you need to contact the manufacture for repair or return. Then call the distri for the credit. Such a BAD SERVICE! NEVER BUY AGAIN, AVOID CENTRALPOINT. They are only good at sending items from distri but NO GOOD RETURN SERVICE. What company nowdays keeps the stocking costs when returning a product thats not even unboxed?

Never buy products here, the after sales service keeps you waiting because they have procedures. After 3 days I still have a laptop in the box with a broken keyboard. I don't want a repair, I bought a new device and it arrives broken, so how difficult is it top pick this one up, and sent an other one? Or at least give me a refund. I call them, chat with them and all they say is, sorry I can't help you, my colleagues are responsible for that and you can't call them, only email them. After a ton of emails still no solution.
So Never buy here, if you do you will regret it if you need service after sales!!!

All webshops are good if nothing is wrong with the product. The differences become apparent when aftersales are required, and here CentralPoint fails.
I bought a laptop that did not manage to complete the Windows setup. Can happen. I wanted to return the laptop but was advised to contact the manufacturer. So first I had to make an account and then received eight pages explaining how to fill in the service request form. Then I ended in discussion with the manufacturer as the error I had could not be entered in the online form. When I buy something that is brand new but broken or does not work on arrival, I expect a reaction like ’sorry that this doesn’t work, here is another one’. The last thing I expect is the supplying party directing me to a third party I have no relation with contractually. A sale is between two parties, not three. They need to fix it.
After CentralPoint initially delegated their work to me to get it fixed, they now proposed to pick up the correspondence with the manufacturer. Anyway, I needed a laptop quickly, but I am currently in a process of warranty/guarantee with a product that never worked.
I had them on the phone and expressed that I found this service not good. Instead of receiving their apologies I was allowed having my own opinion on this. This is for sure not a quick buy from my side.
Continuous delay in processing my order
Ordered a Samsung tablet which was apparently on stock and now 5 days later every day the delivery is postponed with a day. After contacting support I was informed that the tablet was sent directly form the manufacturer to my private address. Why tell on your website that it is in stock an delivered the next day when it is obviously not the case. Will never buy something again from this supplier.
Worst customer service ever.
If returning a product (for whatever reason) is important to you then DO NOT BUY it at central point.
They will do whatever they can to not take it back. If all other possibilities are used, they will use the "it was specifically ordered for you" card.
Edit: Update:
Instead of reviewing their procedure and reconsidering their service centralpoint tried to report me for not being a genuine customer. They were trying to remove my review.
I didn't think they could sink lower than they are but this company is not even one star worth. Worst customer service ever!

Centraalpoint.nl SCAM
Let me tell you something about this company.
They had a promotional price for all their HGST He12 12TB HDD, harddrive from which i have ordered 4 PCS.
I have paid over 1000EUR
Later on they cancel my order with the excuse that the price just changed, actually almost doubled and if i want to have my Hard drives i can have it for the new price.
They use costumer funds to order big quantities of HDD which later on when they sell they refund your money.
So disappointed with this company, will never order with them again.

I was about to buy Samsung SSD drive. At Centralpoint.nl this item was in stock, 19 items available.
Well, I placed order yesterday.
Today (2/12/2016) I go to website to check tracking number and it appears that expected shipping date is 11/01/2017. More then a month for delivery. How is that possible?
That's definitely not acceptable. I tried to get refund. Got it next Monday.
Client service responded in time, it's OK. But still, they have issues with information on the portal and with speed of refund.
