There customer care chat and telephone executive aren't able to track the order.
I have to travel to my home country for few days and I may not get order before that.
Other reviews mention that it is difficult to get refunds as well.
I feel Noon and Amazon are more reliable.

I had a very disappointing experience with this online delivery service. I placed my order on March 16th, and it still hasn’t been delivered. What’s worse is that the order status has not been updated at all, leaving me completely in the dark.
Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful, which only adds to the frustration. It honestly feels like there is no accountability or proper system in place to handle delays or keep customers informed.
At this point, I regret ordering online. It would have been much better to visit the store directly and make the purchase. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Bad experience. I ordered make up and added an eyeglass which was on sale. When it came, it was broken. I requested for return and refund but i did not get any feedback. After 3 months, one unfamiliar delivery service called and asked if i have requested a return🤣
I already threw the item which i paid and did not get a refund. Such a disrespectful way to treat costumers. Never again!
Worst ever Online Shopping Experience from CenterPoint BabyShopStore.com
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent BabyShop online order (#9526021142124) placed on 11 February.
First, the delivery was delayed by the BabyShop logistics team. There was no proactive communication regarding the delay, and I had to contact the helpline myself before the delivery was finally arranged.
Secondly, the order was delivered in two separate shipments, and unfortunately some items were missing. I reported the issue through the helpline, and I was advised to create a return request through the application.
I followed the instructions and submitted the return request. The logistics team collected most of the returned items on 15 March 2026. However, after several days, I still did not receive my refund. When I contacted the helpline again, I was informed that there was an internal issue and that the team was working on the refund. A new ticket was created for the case under reference number 9526021142124.
Although the online support team assured me that the issue would be resolved soon and that my refund would be processed shortly, I have still not received the full refund to date. I have also sent two reminder emails to the helpline, but unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response so far.
Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating due to delivery delays, missing items, and prolonged refund processing. I hope BabyShop improves its order management, logistics coordination, and customer support responsiveness to prevent such situations in the future.

I purchased Lee Cooper black jeans from Centerpoint at BurJuman Mall on January 13 for AED 100.
After just one wash, the color faded badly. Almost two buckets of black color came out, and the jeans is no longer pure black. This is completely unacceptable for a branded product.
When I visited the store to request an exchange, the staff refused to help. The store manager and a salesman named Nuhman showed very poor customer service and did not offer any proper solution.
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service. This experience has affected my trust in this store. I expected much better from a well-known brand.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves product quality and customer support.

I do not recommend this store for tourists. The tax-free process simply does not work properly.
I was told to come back the next day, even though I was staying on the other side of Dubai. I returned the following day and it still didn’t work. Then the staff told me to go down to the LG floor and use the Planet tax-free machine myself. I explained that it was impossible without a boarding pass, but they insisted it would work.
I walked all the way through the mall to reach the machine, and of course, it asked for a boarding pass. I went back upstairs to explain, and they then said I could do it at the airport. This is incorrect — the store is supposed to declare the purchase and provide the tax-free number.
I even called in the following days to ask if it could be processed at another store, and they said it was not possible.
Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this store to foreign visitors.
Undelivered Gift As Driver Refused Delivery
I wish as much as you'll promote your instgram, you'll would work on delivery or products and making sure the customer is not suffering. More than a week, and what was suppose to be delivered in a day is still not delivered as the delivery driver refused to deliver it to the address. Everyday customer care only says sorry. This has been escalated and we have been looking into it. Everyday I get a sorry we have escalated email. It was a special gift and now everything has been ruined.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. There has been no follow-up at all, and my products were never received. When I called to report this, they falsely claimed the products were delivered, which is completely untrue.
Even after speaking directly with a supervisor, there was zero help, zero accountability, and no solution. They refuse to investigate properly and are not returning my money.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I have ordered 2 items on 5th of December by seeing that the order will be delivered within 24hrs as I am traveling on 8th December. The call center people kept on saying me that the order will be delivered today which is 7th December late night, but we haven’t received a single call from the courier. If they come tomorrow to deliver we are not available to collect and the amount which we have already paid online is 230AED/- and they don’t care about the customer.
Worst experience ever! I would recommend everyone to be careful while ordering online from them and specially paying upfront instead select cash on delivery. So, If they don’t deliver on time you have an option to not accept the delivery.
