Ordering online and delivery went well, but once you are confronted with a warranty case, both the Belgian division and the Dutch parent company just let you down.
You'll have to contact the manufacturer directly and handle everything on your own.

Belgian branch is hard to reach, often nobody picks up the telephone or the person you need is not available.

Disappointing service in general.

Unfortunately they were the only one that could deliver the article I needed in my region.

Good prices and stock volume, fast delivery and friendly customer service.

Website is a bit difficult to use though and as a result I ordered the wrong product. The return process was extremely difficult and antiquated, plus I was shocked that I was charged €95 "restocking fee". So make sure you order the right thing or it's a world of pain...

Delivery took several days, but still acceptable. The Ubiquiti Networks UAP-AC-PRO Wifi access point is pretty easy to install and seems to work flawlessly. This access point replaces a Cisco WiFi which was not working properly anymore. Very glad with the new hardware, still have to install the software though. Works fine without installing any software.

A lot of item are directly available and the price are most of the time very competitive

Never buy products here, the after sales service keeps you waiting because they have procedures. After 3 days I still have a laptop in the box with a broken keyboard. I don't want a repair, I bought a new device and it arrives broken, so how difficult is it top pick this one up, and sent an other one? Or at least give me a refund. I call them, chat with them and all they say is, sorry I can't help you, my colleagues are responsible for that and you can't call them, only email them. After a ton of emails still no solution.

So Never buy here, if you do you will regret it if you need service after sales!!!

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad E570 from these guys. When ordering I specifically verified that it was a model with Intel wifi according to their specsheet, and not one with a Realtek chip.

The order arrived, we wiped the operating system to get rid of any adware/spyware (as any sane techy person would do), and could not get the wifi drivers to install. Turns out they sent us a model with a Realtek chip instead of the one that we ordered from their website.

We decided not to make a problem out of this at the time.

Now, just under 2 years later, there's a permanent blue line on the display. No worries, we thought. That's what warranty is for. CentralPoint was quick to dismiss our warranty claim as "usage-induced damage". So I guess that means that any warranty claim is automatically invalid, unless the product has never been taken out of the box.

The laptop has always been used in a stationary location, and has never been dropped or mishandled in any other way.

Needed some quick help getting materials delivered next day for a intervention.
Price was superb and delivery was as promised next day even though this was hard to pull off. If you need a good contact Koen Van Tolhuysen is your guy.

Very responsive customer service department. I normally get an answer to my emails in 4 hours or so. I would recommended them to others without a doubt.

I've contacted them since 4 days ago for my blackberry keyone screen (which has come off). Up till now, no answer to my email. They're still ignoring me.

Disgusting after sale service, very long delivery.
They don't want to take back not used items.
I ordered 2 times here, on the web-site you have 1-2 working days for delivery, but in total I wait around 5 working days (7 in total).
Now I send the e-mails to sent back 1 item, but they try to refuse me.
I never will use it again.

Ordered on Sept. 1 in the morning, promised for Sept. 4th ; no delivery that day ;promised for Sept. 5... still no delivery, for a computer that was in stock.

I made my first order a couple of weeks ago. Everything went without issues.

I bought an HP desktop PC, the service was wonderful, I received updates of my package, the correct invoice and the product was in a perfect state.
