I have been using Central Car Care for a couple of years after neighbours highly recommended Paul. Yesterday I called Paul in an emergency as the Start button on my Audi Q5 went dead. Paul was there within minutes and after a full audit realised the button was merely stuck. He adjusted it. No charge. I was amazed and most grateful at Paul's reactivity, competence and attitude. I was told he was fantastic now I know he is.

These guys are fantastic - you can trust them with any problem - body repairs, mechanical issues or servicing - and they will find a way to deal with it quickly and cost effectively. They have looked after me for 15 years. One recent example - I had a range of serious scratches on my Panamera across three panels - Porsche told me I had to wait three weeks for a booking and it would cost me £10,000 +VAT to fix. Paul had all three panels completely polished and literally new, in one day. for less than £1000. With any problem - ask Paul first, he and his team are magicians - they should put everyone else out of business,

Always friendly and efficient. I've lived near here for 30 years and taken my old Mercedes (which I've had since new) to this garage often. Sometimes for major work, but no job is too small and Paul, the owner, always gives good honest advice and does reliable work.

Truly Outstanding

We live nearby and have been using Central Car Care in Kensington for many years. Paul and the team are truly outstanding - honest, fair, experienced, quick and responsive. They set the benchmark and I could not recommend them more highly.

Was passing through the area and needed emergency help with my car. Not only did Central Car Care help me quickly and efficiently but were very kind and honest about the issue. Would be my go to garage if I lived in the area. Honest, decent, trustworthy people. Can't praise enough.

I frequently travel far and wide to find the best services. Quality and professionalism matters the most to me. If a service is around the corner but average and then another 20miles away but brilliant I will go to that service instead. Quality lasts. Average does not. I contacted Central Car Care in Kensington as my car was due four new tyres, balancing etc. Without question I was treated with great respect, communication excellent, price clear and honest. In fact they could fit the tyres the next day. I arrived early in the morning and car was ready just a few hours later. I was called twice by the mechanic directly just to confirm the specific tyres I wanted etc. From my point of view, if you want superlative car service in London bring your car to Central Car Care. There is no other garage in London that I would recommend without question or caveat - and Teresa is fantastic.
