Awesome service received from Nicky at the Bridge Cellucity in Port Elizabeth. Service was better than Vodacom just around the corner that could not fulfill my needs. Keep up your outstanding service. Wish there is more places like this, especially when it comes to service delivery.

Staff not responding
Maybe the staff has a high workload but I did not get responses on e-mails promptly, I more than once had to resend an e-mail before I received a response.
I had to send an item back because the spec advertised was incorrect

Everytime I've placed an online order & I arrive at the store to collect, my goods are never here, despite getting an email confirming that my goods are in store.
The previous order I visited the store 3 times before I received the wireless charger.
I placed on order on 21 Feb, I received an email on 25 Feb confirming my goods were I'm store. It is now 4 March, i am in store & again the goods are NOT in store!

I went in to do an upgrade - Olinka directed us to Brendon who was ver knowledgeable, extremely helpful and efficient. The store manager Olinka was incredibly helpful, efficient, accommodating and would recommend friends and family to visit this particular store for any cell phone needs.
