As a professional in this field I was kind of interested and considered to sign up. After some research I find this celis.institute confusing and unclear. Plenty of expensive academic phrasing, however it all lacks some transparency in my view. Celis claim to be a non-profit organisation, but there is no legislative entity or address listed on the web page. The Director and Co-founder seems to work at Syddansk Universitet in Denmark – so does that mean there is a connection? Who is actually behind this? The listed Event and Sponsor Manager also seems to run her own consulting company called JKT Konsulting. Could that be the distribution channel for the funding and fees? I think people of such background should not underestimate their potential members.
