From start to finish, Lauren answering calls to Nick undertaking the service, Wilson’s are a joy to deal with. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful and work in a highly professional manner.

We had the gas capped off due to a leak.
Needed a plumbing company urgently and contacted Wilson’s and they came within 2 hours.
They found the problem and provided options, costs and pros and cons for my consideration. I decided on a new boiler and they got the gas back on and they reorganised so they could start the installation later the next day.
It was completed within 6 hours and the work was professionally completed by competent and friendly staff.
Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Came for a service, we required a new boiler! Manager came and did home visit same day.
This was reasonably priced and Wilson’s could complete installation within a couple of weeks.
Fantastic service, had a variety of options of payment offered, and promptly fitted.

My boiler was letting me down after having paid fly by nights for repairs. I eventually found Wilson company who worked hard to make sure I had hot water. I couldn't rate them high enough, excellent.

After giving an accurate quote, Wilson plumbing arrived on time and worked efficiently and completely. The finished job is very good, pipe work is straight which I like. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Have dealt with this company for 10 years and have always received excellent service. The installation on my new boiler was done within 2 days with the minimum disruption to us. The engineers were very polite and professional. Ross and Lewis did an excellent job and would recommend very highly.

Recently had a new Boiler installed after our water tank had broken. This company were amazing. I cannot rate them highly enough. Customer service and swiftness to assist made it a seamless process for us.
They are incredibly clean and tidy, any mess that was made was cleaned up without a trace.
We will use them again in future for plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or boiler works.

I had my combi boiler replaced by Wilson Plumbing and Heating on 31st January 2024. Everything was absolutely perfect from the initial quote to the finished job. Ross came to fit the new boiler at exactly the time we were told he would be here. He worked non stop until the work was complete and everywhere was cleaned and tidy. Total respect was shown to our property throughout the whole process. My boiler is working perfectly, and my house has never been so warm. I can highly recommend Wilson Plumbing and Heating if you are needing a new boiler and unsure who to choose. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service. We have been regular customers of Wilson Plumbing & Heating Limited since moving to Redcar. They have done great job replacing our radiators and kept elderly boiler going for as long as possible.

We had a new boiler installed and I could have not been happier with the service. Engineer arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. A good care has been taken to protect the area and thorough clean up after the work completed.

Used Wilsons to replace our 17 Yr old boiler. From the survey by Craig to the actual installation by Ross and Steve we were very happy with the whole process. Communication was excellent and all our questions were answered promptly. We were very happy with their timekeeping.
