Im afraid i can only say they have their sellers best interest at heart not their buyers
Bought a property from them but disappointed with the ‘advertised’ vs reality.
Some of what was advertised not even true/not working condition.
Very disappointed. Buying house is not something one does on a regular basis.
Estate agent should play a big role in supporting buyer too.

I'm a first time buyer and this estate agents were advertising the property I have just completed on.
Buying during the pandemic was probably the most stressful time to do it, but from viewing the house on the 31st July, we completed and exchanged on the house on the 13th November.
We were kept informed by the team at Cavendish Manley and they dealt with any questions I had in an efficient and timely manner.

It has been a difficult purchase due to covid and a lot of people working from home, searches were taking longer than normal and there were two ladies in particular who helped way beyond what they needed to ,one called Lynda and another called linzi who are both a credit to Cavendish Manley this estate agent goes that extra mile that others don't, I would highly recommend them if you are buying or selling.
