I was having some issues with my job advert imagery.
The customer service person I spoke with was brilliant. Super efficient and managed to fix the issue I was having. I belive it was Ellen?

Does not deliver expected results, Was told that someone from optimization would in touch and they weren't. Once spoken to customer service, Was told they were at fault but wouldn't offer a refund or other products, Simply a discount on my next ad. Poor offer all round, go elsewhere.

Bombarded by emails within 2 days, but their questionable and potentially illegal website makes it difficult to unsubscribe from emails, if you go on their site using their unsubscribe link it leads you to a page that's say you need to agree to accept more cookies in order to do this. if the link worked, this would be verging on illegal, as they don't ask for consent to use non-necessary cookies when logging in and searching jobs etc, however, they do collect this information since they have a list at the bottom of jobs you've looked at already or ones that are similar to them. You would only need strictly necessary and functional cookies for unsubscribing, but they act with the consent to collect far more information from you. So either you have not consented to all cookies and they are illegally storing your information about past searches, or you have and they're only using this as a block to people unsubscribing. Not to mention this is very much creeping on the territory of unconsentful consent. The link to actually update your cookie preferences is broken too (in the cookie policy it just leads back to the link for the cookie policy), so you can't withdraw cookie consent which goes at least again UK policy, and though they have made it visibly clear how to withdraw consent from email subscriptions, they have most certainly not made it easy, if at all actually possible. If you have found a way to block their many emails, they may not necessarily have deleted your data or cookies, and they very much sell this data to third parties (any company for whom they advertise included) as detailed in their privacy policy. If you haven't, you can get out by singing into your account, clicking onto my account and change email preferences and subscriptions, and maybe the reason it took my so long to find it is that im inept.

Overall for a catering company, they seem reluctant to give back cookies.

They don't listen to your search requests and send endless emails with jobs far away. It says when you search 'we've extended your search' but no option for them not to do so. Have unsubscribed as it's so annoying and there is no-one to contact, no contact email and the live chat is never working.

I'd give this job site zero stars if possible 22 emails a day for the same bloody jobs, I set my job notifications to jobs within 15 miles of my home yet somehow every other job they send is 100s of miles away. No reply from any of the places applied to and then when contacting the individual employers there is no record of my application being received. Absolutely diabolical jobsite purely there to collact people's personal information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is the worst job site ever. i have never ever heard anyone getting hired by using caterer website never. This website is just publicity nothing else. Please don't waste time on this site. thanks

I applied for a job via totaljobs and suddenly I was subscribed to caterer.com, without my consent. I tried to unsubscribe, this did not seem to work and had to contact them directly.

This is an extremely difficult website to use to apply for a job. The only option given in the application portfolio is to attach a CV. How employers are expected to vet applicants applying through this site is beyond me.

this website using add.dubleclick certificat thats mean u need to install them certificate. that means them doing SCAM job. DONT INSTALL -- DONT USE-IT

Most inconvenient job seeker site I've ever used, every 20 min logout is hilarious, you can't even manage to finish your resume
