I would give zero stars. No responses from customer service, had to wait a long long time to hear back after sending 3 emails. No refund entertained. Super costly products.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are con artists. They claim you subscribed to monthly shipments when you did not!!! Their mailbox is always full so you can never reach them and no matter how much you communicate by e-mail about stopping an order that you did not request, they ship it anyway. An e-mail was generated at 12:34 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning stating that they are shipping an unsolicited order!!! E-mail responses say they'll get back to you in 48 hours!!! They ruined my entire Thanksgiving weekend between calling the credit card company, the post office and Fed Ex. I refused shipment and they knew I would but billed me anyway for $78/the subscription reduced price which we don't want or need. I am disputing with the Credit Card company. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Wish I looked into them before my first purchase!!!!! All the posts on this site are spot on! You are not alone!

This cereal tastes HORRIBLE! And is very expensive! I contacted them about this asking for a refund and they responded saying they don’t give refunds. Wow! Horrible policy considering the only was to try this is to order 4 bags, at $10 a piece!

Catalina Crunch has no customer service. No one to talk to regarding damaged products shipped. Way over priced. Do not purchase from them.

They automatically set you on auto ship without your consent. No phone number to contact and cancel or get a refund. Had to cancel my credit card to stop another unapproved shipment! TOTAL SCAM....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SNAKE OIL COMPANY!

The worst. They advertise Keto and claim their smoothies are 3 net carbs. More like 15-18. Taste horrible. Refuse to answer my emails demanding my money back. I have turned it over to my credit card company but DO NOT buy from them. Terrible on all fronts.

This company is very snakey. They sneak in a subscription option so you get a random charge and product you don't want.

Cereal is decent, but i get headaches. I cant cancel the the orders. No number for contact. They keep charging me and i dont want the product.Overpriced, and i may need to contact better business bureau

I have 2 issues with Catalina Crunch cereal. The taste was really unpleasant and I couldn’t get past the chemical taste to be able to Actually taste the cereal flavor. I understand that’s my opinion, but I have tried 2 other keto cereals and one tasted exactly the same but the cereal from High Key was delicious and without that strange flavor. My other issue was that the box to “subscrbe” to auto order is checked, so in your first order you are automatically set up to reorder. And like others reviewed, you don’t get any notice until you received the shipping notification and it’s already posted to your bank. I know it’s my fault for not paying attention but almost $100 for cereal I did not like or want seems a bit excess. Also I was unable to leave a review on the Catalina Crunch website and noticed the only reviews posted were 5 star.

Edited to say there is no place fir me to remove my credit card info from my account.

The cereal is full of artificial sweeteners which are not listed in the ingredients. Horrible taste.

Same as below. Awful god damn bloodsuckers who sign you up for an auto renewal and then don’t ever contact you again. They cereal itself is fine. The company is a total mindfuck of a scam. No way to cancel, no phone number. Nothing. Awful awful awful

Enrolled in program. I responded to an email that my order was soon shipping, and I changed the flavor. They shipped what I did not want and stated that they did not receive change. When I complained, I go a “sorry too bad” response. I said I would refuse order and to cancel my subscription. They didn’t even respond. I sent to messages and no reponse. Horrible experience

Just learned I was enrolled in auto-renew without my consent. I have no account with them and no way to cancel, but they have my credit card on file. They have one email address and my emails go unanswered. Nervous I will never get my money back! So dishonest!

The cereal is decent for what it is but this company has given me terrible and sketchy service many times. Most recently they charged a brand new credit card number I never gave them and I didn’t even receive a renewal notice so I could be notified and cancel.

Many things about their subscription service is confusing from emails with missing information and broken links to missing renewal notices (this is not the first time at all) and more. Watch out, do not expect fair and friendly service here, and apparently they will change your credit card info with no input from you whatsoever.

This company is a scam! When I placed an order just to try them out, they put me on a subscription (which I did not sign up for), then refused to cancel the shipment, even though I emailed them within hours of receiving notice of the upcoming shipment. They wouldn’t answer back my emails each time until it was “too late” to cancel. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

In addition, the cheese bites are disgusting. I couldn’t even get teenage boys to eat them! Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This isn't about the bland cereal product, this review concerns their billing practice. I ordered a single shipment and was without my knowledge or consent signed up for "auto shipments". The company website does not offer a way to cancel this bogus membership, only postpone the shipments. There is no phone number listed on the website either, although I managed to find one listed through Amex for the unauthorized charge. So, I made phone calls (unanswered, "mailbox full") and wrote emails to cancel this and nothing has been effective. Customer service falls flat. Zero assistance. I have now blocked all future shipments via my credit card company.

Edit: The company also has a no-refunds policy. So, you'll end up stuck with a ton of expensive cereal if the order ships. And they're sneaky about shipping too-- they don't always give you the chance/option to "postpone". This company is a total headache. Avoid.
