Just curious why are u buying direct from the company when you can buy cheaper in the store. And don’t have to worry about them scamming you. Walmart sells 3 flavors for $7.00 s bag. Sprouts just had a sale on all flavors for $6.00 a bag. I would never spend $10.00 to $12.00 for that cereal, it’s ok but not that great. Atkins should come out with a ceral.

Despicable customer service and fraudulent billing practice, no phone number or voicemail is full, continues to charge for AUTO RENEW order that was never placed. Auto renew was cancelled immediately with email verification. Catalina would NOT REFUND the CC or have UPS pickup their crappy cereal

Cookies are pretty bad and my family and I experienced terrible gastric issues after just 3 pieces. Never again, to display reviews comparing them to Oreos is ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never received my order. I received wrong tracking info and after many many email attempts I gave up. Very frustrating I agree with previous reviews that say this company is a scam.

Catalina Crunch recently had a recall due to metal contamination. Per their email, they said to not eat and to immediately destroy the recalled products. I contacted the company, asking for replacement pouches, and was told that since the recall was voluntary, no replacement bags would be provided. This is unacceptable for any recalled product, especially one so expensive.

Ordered direct from their website, chose "Free Shipping". They waited a week to hand the shipment to USPS, which then took an additional 4 days to get it to me (they are in California, I am in Colorado). Their customer service responded to my complaint with a screenshot showing Free Shipping takes 7-10 days. Subsequent emails from me went unanswered asking why it takes them a week after charging my card to hand the shipment to the carrier. Oh, and half the cookies were in crumbs, not well packaged at all. I will not do business with this company again, they don't deserve to have my custom.

This company is a scam! You can't cancel or modify any recurring orders. The last order was all one kind and not even the original assortment I ordered. Mulitple emails sent to them have been returned. I now have to dispute with credit card company. Good cereal but an unbelievably BAD company.

Product received crushed. Catalina Crunch offered me 20% off a future order. No thanks! Paid almost $10 for 16 cookies that arrived in crumbs. Future order????

I would give 0 stars if I could. The product is ok, taste-wise, but horribly expensive and that's the best thing I can say about them. As others have indicated, there is NO customer service, no way to contact them, other than through Facebook or through their website, and the "manage your orders" screen on their website is inoperable. I've left messages on their Facebook page, sent messages through their website, and even obtained an actual phone number for them through my bank and no response at all. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau.

I'm a diabetic so I'm always looking for sugar free or extremely low sugar desserts. These cookies are 1g of sugar each. I bought all 3 cookies. The vanilla creme, chocolate vanilla and the chocolate mint. I also got the regular and spicy snack mix. ALL OF THEM TASTE HORRIBLE! The only way I've been able to choke them down is to chase them with a tasty beverage. It's like eating cardboard. One of their accolades said the chocolate vanilla was a good replacement for Oreos. LIAR! Now granted your tastes are likely different from mine and you'll enjoy their snacks but just in case I'm right buy small first. I'm not going to try their cereal even if it's free (unless they buy the milk).

Bought from whole foods, so I didn't have to deal with any subscription related issues. Stomach cramps after eating. Glad to read that I'm not alone. Taste is good. But I just bloat up after eating one portion 1/2 cup.

Ordered an 8 variety pack of the cereal but was what delivered was a 4 pack. I emailed customer service twice and no response. They should either send me the additional 4 packages or partially refund me. For them to not fulfill my order and keep my money is illegal. From reading the reviews below, I anticipate they will charge my credit card for future subscriptions that I opted out of. Just great.

I did not like the taste and it seemed hard on my digestive system. I had stomach cramps for days. I would ask to make a return for a refund but this does not seem possible. I would welcome contact with a customer service representative.

Terrible scam artists! Like all the others I adamantly said NO to any subscription, yet they shipped fraudulently. I had to cancel my DEBIT card, go to FedEx, lose hours of my life. Lesson learned the hard way. HOW AND WHY would you have no phone number, as a business? COME ON NOW...only one reason...because they are scammers. Buyer BEWARE

It made me sick for 3 days, my digestive system was completely unable to digest this cereal and it give me abdominal pain, bloating and gas, I couldn’t eat for a few days without feeling incredibly pain. Please DO NOT PURCHASE

I wanted to love this--SO MUCH--and I couldn't even make it through a single bag. The flavor is terrible. It tastes like hay with a sheen of artificial flavoring. I spent so much on it, received a sample pack of five flavors, tried them all, couldn't finish the bowl and threw them away. A huge disappointment. Don't waste your money.

The cereal is absolutely disgusting. Sure it stays crunchy, but chewing it takes ages to get through one bite. It starts out tasting like fake sugar and then turns to very crunchy cardboard. There's no saving it. It also took 3 weeks to ship to me. The cookies were ok, but I don't know if I'll finish the box.

Do not order these products. There is no way nor customer service number to cancel orders after initial shipment. They will keep charging your card. To opt out you will need to cancel your credit card! I agree. Pure scam!

The product isn’t that bad at all, lots of stevia flavor, but I just don’t get the wRnih about the color, it is a 100% scam. The packaging colors are completely different from the actual cereal color, I felt fooled. Why just don’t say the truth and have a real photo instead trying to sell more with a fake photo in their packages?

I'm going to be honest, I have been ordering from Catalina Crunch for months now, and I have been more than pleased by the quality of the product and the customer service. It's also incredibly fast delivery! The cereal is delicious and incredibly filling. I eat it for a snack or for breakfast often. Also, I have actually contacted customer service a few times, and this was my interaction. The first time, I reached out about not receiving a promotional smoothie. They were very kind and had a smoothie on my porch in 2 days!!! Second time I contacted them was because I had referred a friend and we BOTH get $10 off coupons, which is huge I think. Anyway, they refunded 10$ off my most recent order and sent the money back to me, which I think is above and beyond. I honestly only expected them to take money off the next order. Lastly, I forgot to cancel my order and contacted them today to change the type of cereal I ordered. I just contacted them so I am not expecting a response yet, but I have no doubt that they will contact me back within a day and help me out. I have no idea how they only have one star, because they have an amazing product and fantastic service in my opinion!!! Keep doing what you are doing guys! Us loyal customers will continue to purchase your product month after month.

THE ONLY possible complaint I have is that I wish there was more variety on the smaller purchases. I usually eat 4 packs a month or so, and I would like to be able to choose more than one kind of cereal without purchasing a whole new bundle. Otherwise, I love it!!

Also, I really don't know what others are talking about, I have always easily canceled my subscription with the click of a button on the website. I ONLY do this because I like to mix up my shipment of flavors, not because I want to actually cancel, but I have no idea what others are talking about, their website is incredibly simple to use.
