Really good customer service…

Really good customer service experience. I sent my G-Shock in for water proof testing and they tested it, replaced parts, and replaced the battery all for free and sent it back to me. Thank you so much

Impossible to navigate the instructions…

Impossible to navigate the instructions on the app, following the instructions to connect the watch to the phone dose nothing and no support. Instructions tell you how to cycle through to different modes but not how to use the mode your in. It's probably not difficult if you know what button to push, with five buttons it's all guess work

Watch repairs at casio

I have sent my watch to casio for a repair and after two attempts it still doesn't fully work with all it's functions
The site is made so you can't speak to anyone who knows what they're talking about, I've given up on the functions at least it still appears to tell the right time
I don't think I'll ever buy another Casio

Electronic keyboard stopped working in warranty and I have to pay £220 for a replacement

I bought a Casio electric piano from Argos in December 2024. Twelve months later, only a handful of keys were working. Since it was well within the warranty period, I contacted Casio’s service team (which took quite a bit of digging just to find the right details) and was asked three separate times to provide proof of purchase, which I sent each time.
After around four weeks of back‑and‑forth, they finally arranged collection. They told me that if the keyboard didn’t meet warranty conditions, they would send an estimate. Instead, they sent photos of a couple of tiny cosmetic scratches on the casing and asked whether I wanted them repaired for a fee. I declined, as the marks were insignificant and I hadn’t even noticed them before; I can only assume they occurred in transit or while in their possession.
Today I’ve been told the entire unit needs replacing and that I have to pay more than £200 — with reasons ranging from “no proof of purchase provided” to “outside warranty” to “customer damage,” all of which are incorrect. If I don't pay within 30 days they are going to return the faulty product. I'll stick to GCSE calculators in future when it comes to Casio.

Total scam, avoid at all costs

I had placed my order for a watch, then the next day received an email saying it had shipped and would arrive in 2-4 business days. When it was 6 working days past the estimated delivery window I had contacted Casio and they told me they had cancelled my order because they didn’t have the item in stock, and I would receive a refund in 7-10 working days. It was annoying that they didn’t proactively warn me the order had been cancelled, but at least I thought it was being resolved. After 12 working days I still had not received the refund, and when I got back in touch I was told the balance was voided on their end and I had to get in contact with my bank if I needed to get the funds returned. The customer service member shared a screenshot of them having edited my payment balance to £0 as if this meant the money hadn’t already been taken from my account. I’ve raised this with my bank now, but this is such shockingly unprofessional behavior from start to finish that I cannot believe it’s happening in a well established company like Casio. I would never buy from them again, and if you truly want one of their products, I would recommend buying from a third-party business that actually operates functionally.

Alarms Are Virtually Impossible To Hear ..

Bought Two Casio G-Shock Watches In December 2025. Watches Are Great, But Alarm Sounds Are Virtually Impossible To Hear Unless You Have The Watch Next To Your Ear. What's The Point Of Having Alarms Built Into A Watch That Are Impossible To Hear. In the 1990's I Bought Several Casio G-Shock Watches (100m-200m water resistant ones) All Had Great Alarm Sounds That Could Be Heard, But These Current Crop Of Watches Since About 2005, The Alarms Are Impossible To Hear. Casio You Need To Really Work On The Alarm Sounds On Your Watches Otherwise You Will Start To Lose Customers.

I love Casio products but the aftercare doesn't exist

I love Casio products, especially Gshock watches but the after care is awful. Noone at Casio responds to email enquiries. I've got a watch I'd like replacement parts for so I wanted their advice but don't seem to get any answers. That's my concern with buying a Casio product. Casio themselves don't care about you after the purchase.

Grr. They have an app to work with the watch. But the often doesn't work. Now I have to re-authenticate the app again .......why. It makes contact with the watch on a daily basis. Why authenticate again ?? The authentication process is offcourse terrible and not userfriendly.......so it means I wont be able to use the app for a while. Crazy.

Casio Brand is already in the past

With a great regret i have to admit a brand i use to love is now completely dead. I got 100 pound- g shock with the idea to use it while i work but sadly after 2 months of usage display becomes blurry. Sent it for repair and after 2 months waiting received phone call that they just received it but the warranty has been expired because last only 3 months. They asked me to pay 130 for the repairing
It could be my mistake i didn't send it straight away when i saw the problem but honestly didn't expect such answer at the end. In a moment of great disappointment i told them to keep it for themselves, then realised i still prefer to take it back. Btw on one of my conversations ( not all of them) with the customer service i felt like the girl on the phone was unnecessarily arrogant. I would never buy the brand again, and strongly recommend everyone to think twice before do it. It could be ok but in case of a trouble you're alone. Apparently for them its all about the money.
Ps: I wish i had checked the reviews before bought the watch. It all make sense now.

G-Shock Repair

Great service from Casio, the shop I purchased the watch from told me i had to deal with Casio direct, even though the watch was still under warranty. I contacted Casio, completed the online repair form. Two weeks later i had it back and all working with no fee.

Casio is an Iconic company when it…

Casio is an Iconic company when it comes to LCD digital products. Everyone I knew growing up in the 80s and 90s owned a Casio digital watch at some point, and Casio digital calculators were in many schools. Unfortunately, this company is now trying to compete with cheap Temu and Aliexpress copies. The last Casio watch I owned was of very poor quality. The watches strap was stainless steel but the case was resin made to look like stainless steel. Within weeks, the stainless steel coating rubbed off and exposed the plastic looking resin underneath. I really miss the old Casio watches which lasted for many year and can still be found on bidding sites for a very high price because of their collectability and high quality standards. Please listen Casio, not everyone wants a cheap Chinese watch. Please start reproducing some of the watches you made during the 80s and 90s to the same standard they were once made. Their is an entire generation (or two) out there who don't want or need a smart watch, that also doesn't like cheap resin cased watches. I really hope Casio returns to its former high quality standards, even if it only for a small range of watches.

Gsgock made redundant

Gsgock watch great until app support stopped. Access to current app is a puzzle too complex for me to access. Just as the published manual explanation on how to adjust the minute hand now that I cannot synchronise the analogue hands using the discontinued app. Now I have a watch which seems destined to always be 7 minutes slow. Support cannot solve this mystery, verbal phone advice was useless and recent casio support assistance unresponsive. Very disappointed that they are making so many watches preventably inaccurate and out of date so quickly.

Absolute crooks and an embarrassment 😡

0 stars ! What an absolute joke of a company. All bttf watches scalped when it was supposed to be one watch per person. I was on the site at the second of release and sold out. Ten minutes later hundreds on eBay with sellers having multiple watches at three times the price. Absolute joke ! Deplorable company 😡

This is how customer service should be

Im amazed at the low Trustpilot score as I am over the moon with their service. Purchased a Casio Gshock Stainless steel watch in San Francisco about 8 years ago. It needed resetting and ideally a new bezel which was highly scratched. I expected the watch to be fixed but doubtful an older model could get the bezel replaced. They wrote saying as this was not a UK released model they would have to get the bezel from Japan. This they did and repaired the watch which looks amazing and for a fraction of the price of a similar new model. Thank you Casio.

The Casio Scalpers

Awful experience!

Similar to many others, I tried to buy the limited edition BTTF watch on launch last week with no luck.

The launch time was 10am - I’m not sure where 10am was because in the UK this was not the case? I tried for 20+ minutes with no luck? I checked again 30 minutes later and the watch was “available”. I managed to add it to my basket and go to checkout, but lo and behold the website crashed with a message akin to “site maintenance to improve your experience” - yeah right! I tried this another 4 or 5 times on different browsers and devices with the same result until the website gave up the ghost and said the watch was sold out?

I’m not sure if Casio are gas lighting everyone here to increase traffic to their website for consequential sales? Or if they have a closed pool of scalpers they wish to sell to because the entire allocation is now on eBay? Maybe Casio employees as the watch was clearly not available to the public.

And clearly the employees are very busy flogging these watches to respond to any email or WhatsApp communications - 3 days and counting!

It’s a real shame how they’ve handled this! I’ve never bought a Casio watch and it’s unlikely I ever will now I’ve experienced the appalling behaviour from them.

Avoid!!

Great Casio Scott!

Great job, Casio — truly outstanding work!

Management should hang their heads in shame.

Who on earth releases a limited-edition watch at 1 a.m.?
Apparently, Casio does.

What an absolute disaster of a release. I was on your site from 10 a.m., watching the wheel of death spin endlessly, pages crash, and every attempt to check out fail. I finally reached the payment screen — only for the site to crash again. And just like that, sold out.

Here’s an idea for next time:
Use a waiting room and a fair lottery system so everyone actually has a chance.

Now the watch is already appearing on eBay at inflated prices, while genuine fans are left empty-handed.

Releasing a limited edition in the middle of the night, with no fair queue or proper infrastructure, is just insulting. All you’ve done today is frustrate loyal customers and embarrass yourselves.

Casio Incompetence

They decide to take their website down for maintenance on the day they release a new watch for purchase, then despite their whatsapp customer ‘lack of service team’ stating there was stock available, it sells out. Sheer incompetence.
