I'm a bit disappointed in myself for just now leaving this review as it is well deserved and my mistake and forgetting to leave it back in June 2021. But my experience with Casino Meister has been beyond expectations. Not only did they resolve a player arbitration complaint that seemed pretty much hopeless but the site itself is so full of wonderful information and people and even a podcast I definitely recommend Casino Meister even if you have no complaints I would become a member with that site you can learn so much.

I've been playing at Casinomeister for quite a while now, had a few nice wins, and had no problems with payouts. Nice place to spend your free time.

I started playing online slots around 3 years ago. To be frank I was a naive player in an industry full of substandard operations.

Some very well known review websites come across unbiased but have led me to troubled waters.

One of the only places I could find hard facts for new players like me was at the Casinomeister forum.

I would not be having the fun I have now without CM and the community.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the people at Casino meister! I had a problem with an online casino not paying me.. after weeks of the run around trying to negotiate the surrender of my funds myself , I starting searching for 3rd party help and dumb luck landed me at casinomeister .. I filled out a ticket and within 24 hrs I had my funds.. I have spent some time going through the content on their site since and it's top notch !

Mr Green withheld my money for 3 months and started playing games by asking me to verify and then ignoring my submission and then asking me to verify.

If it wasn't for Casinomeister, Mr Green would've gotten away with my money.

I am pretty new to the complaint system in casinos. I used the services against a casino that did not pay me for 3 months.

I tried my initial complaint in askgamblers.com but the complaint ended unresolved with not much help from askgamblers, it was usualy som sort of automatic stating of information which i didnt fins personal.
After not much hope from both the casino and askgamblers i searched for help in Google and Casinomeister showed up. I quickly made an account and communicated in their community. I was recommended to open up a PAB which i did. There i was introduced to Max which immidiatly started a complaint against the casino. In matter of days my winnings where transferre to my account.

I truly have to say that without the help from Casinomeister aka Max i would not get my winnings from the casino. I am so thankful for their work.

I think this site is fab 😊 I haven’t had an issue I’ve needed help with yet nor have I posted or commented at all as I’m a newbie who for now is enjoying lurking and reading through old forums at night when I can’t sleep 😂 I spent about a week reading through many posts before deciding to join as a member .. a lot of the members there who have clearly been around for a long time and know there stuff , have had me in absolute stitches .. they don’t only help people resolve issues but also have a good laugh too in the various discussions and it’s been good fun reading it all

The Meister himself seems like a straight forward no BS kinda guy .. who somehow manages to hold his composure whilst dealing with some rather infuriating members at times .. I’d be no good in his position with what I’ve read him deal with as I’d lose my sh** and just boot the silly buggers 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

If i ever actually do need help I won’t hesitate to use their site as I’ve read many many people get help from them and get back money they absolutely wouldn’t have gotten back otherwise

I began to think I would never receive my winnings from a particular casino. I asked for help from Max. Not sure what he says to them when he contacts them but the money was sent nearly immediately!!!!

The site is 100% run by affiliates . I opened a serious issue regarding a questionable casino promotion which got the attention of many . I immediately got flooded with nonsese responses , trashtalk , insults from people (kids i assume) without a hint of gambling knowladge , but i tried my best to keep my calm and make everyone understand what the topic is about . When in a replay to someone i 'mistakenly' used the name of a certain casino , without offending it or criticising in absolute any way ... i was immediately faced with warnings by the casinomeister's owner citing that i should be aware of 'how things work here' and that i bring 'negative vibe' to the forum (this are exactly the warnings i got , literally) . I later found out that the casino in question was 'the casino of the year' on casinomeister . After explaining , almost ashamed , that i didn't disrespected in any way a casino or forum member , that my entire focus there was to try get some answers regarding a certain casino promotion i was faced with a ban from no other than the casinomeister owner telling me exactly this words : ''You have been banned for the following reason: Being a total c*nt. Adios..'' This is what to expect from a totaly professional site which helps people resolve their gambling issues . BTW my thread is still live , and next to my name the owner wrote 'Acting like a total jerkoff' even if i have never called any names or disrepsect him . By the way the guy's in his 60's . Totaly professional !!!
Anyway , this is my honest review about a site that runs its business based on 100% income from casinos . Absolutely time wasting , but feel free to give it a try . You wont know till u try .
As for the sites owner : You should be ashamed of yourself , being a senior and using such words . Absolutely disgusting !
Even if someone is breaking the rulls , you don't just call them c*nts and jerkoffs . This is against everything your forum claims to stand for . I would never use such words against anyone and your replay says everything you need to know about your petty site . Disgraceful behavior!!!
Stop twisting things . You're not a brexit affiliate and yet you have a thread about brexit , plus many many more gambling unrelated stuff . I had wornings when i used the name of a certain casino which is part of an award winning group . Also worning when i used the word 'troll' as an answer to someone who called me like that . That's all i 'did' . Who on earth will ever go back to a site who's owner swears at members using words such as 'jerkoff' and 'cu*ts' . Let me guess , i am the first !? People told me about this site's practice , i didn't really beleive it at first , but know anyone can see ..it's true !
There's nothing to correct about this review , it's just how decent people roll !

I have been frequenting Casinomeister since 2004 and have worked in the industry since 2000 as well as being an avid player.

IMO Casinomeister is the best resource pertaining to the world of online casinos bar none.

Very good community, a nice place for us gamblers to share experience.
Of course they run affiliate links, but they also have a free service called 'PAB' if you have some complaints with some casinos.

Obviously, the owner of this website is earning casino advertising fees.
And the members of the forum seem to be inclined to help the casino solve the complaint.
At the same time, their managers also hope that players can speak well in the forum so as not to affect their image and mood. They are impatient with players' complaints and even to answer beside the point. They can also ignore any complaining players in order to make you impatient. Once players complain about the casino and their so-called staff, they will be happy to find their custom terms and ban your account. These terms are really useful! Until then, most of the remaining members were casino promoters. This practice of webmasters automatically envelops the crowds that maintain the interests of casinos and makes fewer and fewer real players. You can see that very few players on the forum are talking about their gambling experience and feelings. Most of them are promoters of casino free bonus traps.
The cheap hands of the poor manager only want to make money for casino advertising. He will not stop doing things for the casino. You should be called a casino pimp.

dont get me wrong I love meister but they banned me for saying fu to a rep never did know such thing. I was talkin in the fourm .I was getting no help over a 40$ charge for a withdraw. Run by affiliates of bigger casinos, they earn a lot on this... Be careful with any constructive criticism or you will face banning.
This the haven for you if you want to be a part of a corrupt industry.

No, I haven't, I am still in the forum, but based on experiences from several other members and what I read and have done research on, it was no doubt this was the most fair review I was able to post.

I'm still in your forums and I could bring forward examples of what I state is true, but this is not the place to defend yourself. Just be honest about your business, it would make your days more easy to get through. We have seen the dialogues and e-mails flooding on wikileaks. Do a yourself a favor and don't lie to the public and don't be so scared about it.
It seems there is an obsession to hide something with the pursue of a review on Trustpilot. The truth is easy to find for people that is interested in the fraud in this industry and casinomeister's involvement.
And personal attacks just proves my point even further.

Simply one of the best site for help, bonuses and/ or conversation. The staff help me out with a issue i had with a casino and got solved through there. The members of this community are really helpful and kind and more. Recommend this site whether you have issues with all sorts of problem with casinos, or simply looking for free bonus no dep or if you wish to wanna talk about, well, almost everything you feel like.
