12-week delivery nightmare, massive overcharging, and zero support. Avoid.
I used Carwow Leasey for a lease on a Vauxhall Frontera Electric, and the entire experience has been an absolute disaster. It began with a miserable 12-week delivery delay. Throughout those three months, the communication was non-existent. The delivery dates were constantly pushed back with zero proactive updates, leaving me completely in the dark and forcing me to scramble to arrange alternative transport out of my own pocket.
When the vehicle finally arrived, the administration was a total mess. While my online portal clearly showed one agreed price, the actual contract came through with significant financial overcharges on both the initial upfront payment and the monthly rentals.
I flagged this billing error immediately on the 5th of June and followed up repeatedly, but my communications were completely ignored. They allowed the overcharged Direct Debit to be taken from my account anyway. I have now been forced to trigger the Direct Debit Guarantee with my bank to claw my money back and file a formal joint complaint. Shocking company to deal with from start to finish

Max was extremely helpful, he managed to secure the car I wanted, despite issues with availability. He guided me through the whole process and providing regular updated until delivery, checking in afterwards to ensure all had gone smoothly. Max was professional throughout and made it all so easy. One person - Olivia Gardner (who responded straight away) looked after the application (and also who persevered until they could get hold of me). Found me a couple of options. Shocking - do not use.
Shocking. Car ordered, 3 weeks delivery ➡️ 4-6 week delivery ➡️ 2 months ➡️ 3 months ➡️ 3.5 months later delivery ‘pending’. I had to cancel as they lie. They had no car ready for delivery & didn’t process my cancellation nor refund! 10/10 to the salesman as fooled me. Do not use them as they clearly cannot deliver what they say & like to keep hold of your money for as long as possible.

My first call to Carwow was to Jamie. I explained to him exactly that I was looking for a Shoda Enyaq 85. I also explained what extras I wanted fitted and also what the approximate delivery date would be. All of this was sorted with the one phone call. Jamie was very polite and professional throughout. My vehicle was delivered on the date specified, the hand over was straight forward with no issues. I would defiantly use Carwow again and ask for Jamie to arrange my next Skoda.
