Ok so I've used this company before and they've always been great. This time I had a problem but their customer services guy, George, helped me get it sorted in no time. He saved the day and exercised great patience. Just the sort of customer service person you want when dealing with the IT illiterate!

I had to change the delivery address for my cartridge order, I was assisted by a very helpful and professional customer service assistant 'Gemma', who sorted out the issue out for me.
The black ink cartridges are just as good, and much cheaper and than their other competitors.
Delivery arrived on the time and date stated and products were well packaged. All in all, a very good service.

I always trust Cartridge People, I rang them today & spoke to George as I had a query about resetting my Epson printer having cleaned the Ink pads. Having bought a reset key found I couldn’t use it as I have an Imac. He confirmed my decision to buy a new printer.
He emailed me with good advice, which I appreciated.

Amazing service all the time. Phil was so helpful with my order as I always ring up to do my order, never on line, but sign up for offers which are great.

My first order with Cartridge People was for an original toner for my Brother printer. The day after placing the order, I got a call from a sales staff who put a lot of pressure on me to change my order to their own brand compatible toner. She told me that their compatible toners produced the same quality as original toners and assured me that they would work straight out of the box. I allowed myself to be persuaded to change my order. I have yet to try the compatible toner because the toner in my Brother printer does not yet need replacing. However, last week, I needed to order replacement toners for my other printer, a Hewlett Packard. Remembering what I was told about compatible toners from Cartridge People producing good quality and that they would work out of the box, I ordered a set of their own brand of compatible toners (a set of four). When they arrived, I immediately tried to install one of the toners. My printer rejected the toner saying that it had been previously locked and that I should replace it. I called Cartridge People to report the problem. I was told that some HP printers may need their settings adjusted to get compatible toners to work. They offered to send me to send the instructions to change the settings but I refused. I reminded them that I had been told that their compatible toners would work out of the box but they responded saying when I was told that they were only referring to Brother compatibles and not necessarily HP. I also pointed out that nowhere on their website was it stated that HP printers needed to be tweaked to accept compatible toners. I told them that the toners I was supplied were not fit for purpose. They disagreed—they said that they were. I ended up having to return the toners. To their credit, they arranged pick-up and my refund quickly but I will never order from them again.

Your representative, in response to a review which I had given to the company was George. He could not have been more helpful, co-operative and polite in rectifying my initial problem, for which I was mostly to blame. He clarified where I had made a mistake without condescension but with understanding and resolved my issue completely. I will continue to deal with the Cartridge People, as this level of service is, I find, quite rare. Many thanks.

I found I was out of paper late in the day so phoned Cartridge People. The response was prompt and the discussion with Phil was very helpful. He guided me through the transaction and gave appropriate advice. This is my second time of ordering and I'll be happy to repeat the experience. I'm also impressed with the recycling envelope I got the first time.

Best price I've found and great customer service. Kindly accepted a return for credit after the return window when my old printer stopped working.

Really impressed with Cartridge People.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Sam at Cartridge People. I had a problem with getting my printer to accept non HP cartridges and so asked to return the cartridges and replace with HP's own. To be honest I expected to have to argue my case but not at all. I told Sam what the wording had been on my printer and what I had already tried and he agreed there was nothing else that could be done and arranged immediate collection of their own cartridges and sent out the HP cartridges that I needed. He was quick, efficient and very helpful on the phone. Great customer service all round. On top of that, my order arrived within 24 hours and the unwanted cartridges were collected this afternoon by DPD. Would definitely recommend!

A fine company, with speedy delivery and an impeccable range of "own brand" items, with whom I have dealt for some years. I recently had an issue, largely a misunderstanding on my part, which George resolved quickly and with great skill and integrity. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with the delivery company, this company sorted everything effortlessly and kept me updated, it is rare to find such good service these days.

I placed an order with Cartridge People and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately my items did not arrive next day so I made contact with the Company. Gemma at Cartridge People was very helpful in arranging a refund for my next day delivery payment and ensuring my items were sent out again for next day delivery. They did arrive next day. Gemma could not have done more to put things right and their Customer Service was excellent. I highly recommend Gemma and Cartridge People and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

I had been incorrectly sent two black cartridges instead of a black and colour one. Contact was made quickly and a satisfactory conclusion was made to resolve the problem.
