Why use anyone else?

I have used Cartridge Direct for years - in fact I have never used anyone else. The website is easy to use, my modest orders are promptly acknowedged and no print job has ever been delayed. Delivery is fast and accurate.

Sadly I purchased "compatable" ink cartridges

Sadly I purchased "compatable" ink cartridges for my Epson printer 3 out of the 5 cartridges would not be accepted by the printer ,they were replaced but these did not work eithersent all 8 cartridge back to supplier but got a refund for only 2 . Having purchased 5 "genuine cartridges from the supplier I would have expected a better service. Been using Cartridge discount for some years but will have to find a better supplier in future. Seems there are plenty out there.
