Phenomenal Service
I ordered a gift for Christmas on December 22nd and received it on December 23rd. Absolutely phenomenally fast dispatch (and I realise this takes all of the links in the chain working to capacity on the busiest shopping day of the year) and so appreciated. Great quality and value too.

I ordered 2 gifts December 2nd. It’s now the 18th and I haven’t gotten an update as to where my package is since the 6th. I’ve reached out to the company with no response. I almost purchased these same things on Amazon, but decided to try to give to a smaller business. Last time I make that mistake. Amazon it is next time.
