Great company to buy from. Easy online order process, great back up from the sales team. The same quality as you get from the large retailers but at a fraction of the price. I have used this company twice now and they will be my go to carpet company for any further carpets I need.

Very quick on delivery and delivery driver was very helpful getting carpet in property. Carpet and underlay is excellent quality. So much cheaper than carpet right. Will deffo shop here again and recommend friends and family to shop here

Ordered the cheapest carpet online to cover a spare room. Free delivery. A lady called the next day to arrange delivery and it was delivered within a few days.
Tracked the driver so could easily get jobs done while waiting.

We just had to chase the customer service once for the invoice and we got it within a couple of working days.

We were looking for a carpet in a particular colour, and Carpet Shop Online sent us loads of free samples to help us choose. We found exactly what we were looking for, and after ordering it was with us in just a few days.

The email address listed on their website gives a 'mailbox does not exist' response, the phone number 0808 161 7030 goes straight to vm with no message, they've taken £630 payment but sent absolutely no communication to confirm the order or delivery details after 3 days. Fairly confident this is a scam - I've paid through Paypal so will be fine getting the money back if I still hear nothing by end of this week. Avoid. Will update this review if I'm contacted and reassured that this is a legit company and my order is actually coming.

I ordered carpet online which was an easy process but the delivery was not a good experience. I tracked the driver almost to my door when he diverted and went back to the warehouse without making delivery. Even though I had a number to call the driver, he was not answering. I then had to call the next morning to make new delivery arrangements. I will not be using CarpetShopOnline again.

Ordered the carpet plus underlay and laminate flooring on Sunday the 4th December,delivered on Monday the 5th. Cannot get better service than that. Plus kept up to date with delivery time to the last minute, absolutely amazing!! Many thanks.

Carpet was delivered quiclkly before the estimated date which was great was due the monday but recieved email as i misses calls due to having baby to let me know and kept me up to date via emails as knew i was busy with a baby which is amazing. The delivery was great was called when they were 40min away to let me know amd carpet was handed over at door step. Love my carpet was put doen same day and its beautiful and who doesnt love the smell of a nee carpet 😍
