This is the 3rd time we have used Carpets4less, prices are the best, the quality is superb and the fitter did a brilliant job again.

***UPDATE***
The branch manager called us while he was still on sick leave and has swiftly dealt with the order of a new carpet and prompt fitting, offering us a very satisfactory compensation agreement.

We acknowledge this was a manufacturing error and not the store's fault as they ordered the correct size.

Really helpful manager, appreciate his interventions.

Carpets4Less came to fit my new carpet today only to discover it had been cut to the wrong size. They removed my old carpet during the fitting and laid underlay, realised the mistake, and then took the new carpet away — leaving me with a living room I can’t use.

I called during the day and was told I’d get an update by the end of the day about the replacement and a new fitting date. No update ever came. I emailed the complaints email at 1:30pm as well and still haven’t had any reply.

They originally tried to offer £30 compensation, but then tried to retract it by saying the carpet fitters had walked on the carpet and they have machines to test, something completely unavoidable and nothing to do with me.

Right now I have no carpet, no confirmed replacement date, no communication, a living room I can’t use and a compensation offer they attempted to take back.

Looked after us from start to finish, helping to recommend the best carpet for our busy household! Fitted quickly and it looks fab! Will be back in the future

Had a great experience from the moment we arrived in the shop,very helpful and friendly guys,fitted us in on the day we wanted for our fitting.Very good customer service.The fitting guys did an incredible job and were very respectful of our property,would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

This was the 2nd time we had used the Fenton branch this yr. Mike was extremely helpful on both occassions, catering for my wife's artistic brain and expectations. The fitting team were extremely professional and efficient. We will certainly use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I see lots of reviews and they are so positive I really do wish I had there positive experience unfortunately mine was just the opposite.I'm a pensioner and had saved for 2 carpets 1 Bedroom and 1 lounge and they cost me a few hundred pounds more than I had expected but I was very excited but that has been short lived, lots of mix up with deliveries and carpets both of them has faults in and I’ve been given poor excuses and just told to keep hoovering them (made no difference ) the fitting not good had them back still not that good to cut a long story short I would give this company (carpets4less) a very wide birth I am so disappointed and devastated with all the money it has cost me I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen please don’t waste your money I have cried so much over over these carpets . One thing I was told that shocked me was when I said this carpet doesn’t reach the skirting board they said than when the carpet is laid it grows 🙈 I really do hope someone from the head office reads this and one day you might be a pensioner and save for a big thing such as carpets.

Easy purchase of a lovely bargain carpet for a large bedroom. Great selection at really good prices. Fitters called when they were en route and it was fitted really quickly.

Will never use these again, carpet was fine but fitting was terrible, turned up in a rusty van, 3 men fitted the new stair carpet but left all the adjoining carpets exposed, I didn’t want them back in the house we got it repaired by a carpet fitter who also replaced the inadequate bars they had fitted obviously additional cost but great job

I can't recommend Mike at the Fenton store enough. Great service and the guys who fitted the carpet did a great job. I will be returning to make further purchases in the near future.

Carpets for less were fast and efficient, called for a quote gave me a great price and was fitted within a quick time. The overall experience from the call out, quotes to fitting were all exceptional.

Just went to carpets for less in romford to buy carpet to take away today. Only to b told that the carpet i wanted was end of the roll and we had to pay for the piece thats left that we didn't need as they can't do anything with it. Begrudgingly I said ok . Staff asked when we wanted it . I said to take away now as advertised. Staff said she can't do as she is the only one there and she can not cut.
I had to get a family member to take me for nothing. As I needed the carpet today . There were signs in store every saying take home today. Also why leave Staff there on there own who can not cut carpet . Im sooo not happy and wasted my time .

We have used these numerous times as a family for various flooring , can’t fault them for choice , price and helpfulness when choosing .
