Prompt dispatch - all fine!

Ordered two carpet samples. One took a week to arrive, and lm still waiting for the second to arrive 11 days later.....shame because l was serious about purchasing one of them..

We purchased our lounge carpet from Carpet Factory Outlet and were very impressed with the service. We are now planning new stair carpet.

This was the second time we have bought Brinton Majestic Wilton from Carpet Factory Outlets and again the service was faultless. 'A' quality carpet at a great price delivered by very pleasant and helpful van staff.

Never received the sample I ordered. It was send twice

Perfect. The carpet I ordered was not available any more, but they called me and found an alternative which worked fine for me.
Delivery was when they promised, so no issues.

Excellent service. I requested samples, and they arrived promptly.

I had seen the carpet in a local carpet shop but it was out of our budget, Buying the carpet online saved about £140 which is a massive amount. The communication was not the best- I had to ring the company a few times trying to get a delivery date from them. It took a few weeks from when I placed the order til it was actually delivered. Delivery guy was great, messaged to say when to expect him and helpful at bringing the massive roll of carpet into the house. The carpet was 10cm shorter than I'd ordered but luckily the carpet fitter was able to stretch it enough to fit. Overall I'm really happy with the carpet as it's a great quality branded carpet at a much cheaper price than buying locally. Would recommend and I would buy from them again but bear in mind you might not be able to book your carpet fitter in until you've took delivery of the carpet .
