The parts were ordered based on the estimated delivery date of 9/18. As of today, 9/17, one of the parts hasn't even shipped yet and the other two are scheduled for 9/19 and 9/21.

I found that the customer service…
The only problem that I had with this site was, I could not cancel my order probably because I didn’t make an account prior to ordering the item. Once the item was delivered, I was able to return it. I found that the customer service representative I spoke with was very understanding and very knowledgeable. I purchased the item that I needed for my vehicle and realize that it was the wrong item before I received it. So I need to return it and they told me that was no problem. I’d get a full refund and I can return the item.

Massive shipping delays from what was estimated. The part supposedly travelled to different parts of the country in a weirdly ineffecient pattern.
I live in indiana, it arrived in illinois then went to georgia. Like what?

Hose not long enough
The part I ordered was supposed to be a DIRECT REPLACEMENT yet the hose was 2-3 inches too short and did not connect at all. Very disappointed

My warranty was expired for my starter and they still sent me a new one to get replaced because of the trouble I’m going through

No product. Could have made it right by expediting shipping so item would arrive date item was promised.
Still haven't received product. More important is that the item is being delayed by 5 days (supposed to be here yesterday 16th), I did receive an e-mail stating delay BUT as a business that should in turn be expedited shipping to the customer? It was delayed to Fedex, not a Fedex delay. Should have shipping with two or three day shipping so the item would arrive as promised. Also, I have a very unique harness connector that I called both Carparts.com and Dorman to double check and neither could verify so we will see. Thirdly, I had a 10% off promo code, item was $425.00 and my discount was only $40, not $42.50, again not that $2.50 really matters but it's the point that matters. Most likely a last time customer unless the rest of this install goes extremely smooth.
