The item was fine. But instead of shipping to the address that I entered, they shipped it to the worst pickup station in the whole area - a run down video store, with junkies people arguing in front of it when I tried to pick up my belt.

This was not the fault of the delivery guy - the shop did not even write my address on the package, they shipped it directly to the pickup station.
I did not like when a shop disrespects my time like that.

I purchased a high-end UBR jacket expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, the item has a clear technical defect: lack of insulation in the sleeves and non-functional cuffs. Despite providing evidence that the jacket does not perform in winter conditions, Care of Carl dismissed this as a 'design preference' and tried to use the 14-day return window to deny my legal guarantee rights.
​The item is currently in their warehouse, yet they refuse to refund. A premium store should stand behind the technical specifications of the brands they sell. Very disappointed.

Simple procedure and good to be able to shop preowned quality shoes and clothing on the net

I ordered a leather protection spray to be sent to Rome. It tooks weeks to get to Italy, and then once it arrived, they tried to deliver in early morning hours when the postal/tabaccheria was closed. They tried again at the same time the next day, knowing it was not open yet! Then they returned the item for lack of delivlery, and when my refund finally came, it was less than what I paid (they deducted 5 euro postage). Needless to say, this was all very disappointing, time consuming, and ultimately I lost money.
