Good selection, will sell you 3rd rate clothes on occasion
Things go fine most of the time, but recently i bought a RalphLauren sweater which looked ok and then I washed it (without ever have worn it) and it turned out it has a hole. I dont know if it was old or eaten by a moth or similar but it basically shows the material was faulty.
Response from CareOfCarl was that I shouldn't have washed it.

My pants didn't arrive
My pants didn't arrive in my parcel. I have been in dialogue with them and they insist that the pants were in the parcel. When i weigh the items i did receive it matches the weight when instabox weighed the parcel. I am hoping to find a solution but i looks like i have been scammed at the moment

Expensive sweater
I purchased a sweater for over 400 EUR, and after wearing it approximately 30 times, a hole appeared. I sent the sweater to be reviewed by Care of Carl, and they concluded that the hole was due to regular usage. 🙄
