What can we say about our experience with caravans in the sun? Excellent from start to finish!!! No hassle very easy process
Jojo in Hamiladaro is an absolute superstar!!! So caring and kind!!! Nothing, I mean nothing is to much trouble for her!!!! Needs a pay rise!!!

I am blown away by the amazing JoJo from Caravans in the Sun for the help and the huge welcome she gave me on my first day in my fab new home on the lovely Valle Niza site. All went so smoothly with JoJo quickly answering my questions and providing reassurance. I am really excited for my new life.
JoJo also a woman of many talents. Not only can she sell ice cubes to Eskimos but also hold a tune. She can really saaang!!!

I need to write this review as i have never had better customer care anywhere. Jojo needs a wage rise for everthing she does for you every last detail was organised perfectly absolutly no hassel buying a mobile home in spain.
Her experience and knowlegde of humilladero and mollina was second to none. A huge big thanks for looking after me on my first solo trip abroad. I can wait to start holidaying in my new van.

Although I ended up having to cancel the sale (entirely my own doing - nothing to do with them), they were professional and courteous and from start to finish and provided my full refund within an hour. A special mention for Jojo, the sales rep in Spain who couldn't have been more helpful

Been dealing with Jo Jo who has been absolutely great throughout our experience and has always gone above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and, despite being super busy, always really quick to respond via WhatsApp or call whenever we've had queries. Would highly recommend.

Hi just bought our caravan in Camping Valle Niza Benajarafe Malaga.Must say the help that we had off Jo Jo was absolutely fantastic.Nothing was to much trouble and she went out of her way to make sure that we had all the information we needed was available and accurate.Very patient and understanding as we had a few hiccups,but Jo Jo was there to sort it all out and leave us to enjoy ourselves.Jo Jo has such a wonderful and friendly attitude and reassured us that she is always willing to help.A wonderful woman. We bought our static caravan 7 years ago and caravans in the sun were fantastic no pressure to buy they were brilliant any way we have had to sell up and Jo Jo the rep was brilliant she is great at her job she sold it for us within a few days and all I can say is fantastic company I would not hesitate to go back to them if I was buying again keep up the great work caravans in the sun and for every thing you have done for us from Christine bose

We had planned on visiting the Toscana holiday village in January, but due to ill health we had to cancel out viewing trip. We took our chances and bought the Caravan anyway. We finally got to visit Tuscany last week (April 20th) The caravan had one or two issues that we were not happy with, so we spoke to William Kay, who bent over backwards to put things right for us. We are now very happy with our caravan in the sun and are looking forward to many happy holidays in Tuscany.

Caravans in the Sun have been very supportive and helpful throuout our purchase with them. The process was quite long as we were hindered by the pandemic and its setbacks and then all the new laws due to Brexit, however with a lot of help and patience on both sides it has all come together now and we couldnt be happier.

We love the site and the staff are very friendly and have helped us settle in and find our way around the site and local area so well, especially Will and his team.

We are so looking forward to spending more time in Italy this year at our new place and getting to know the amazing local area!

We have recently come back from spending a few days in El Rocío, Costa de la Luz. The place is amazing and the camp site is small and friendly. We found all the residents to be warm and welcoming.

Bambi is a real gem! She was so patient with us whilst we were undecided about what would be right for us. She showed around the park and the beach and took time out of her extremely busy schedule to have dinner with us. She is a real asset to Caravans in the sun!

We don't yet have our caravan, so we can't comment on that aspect of the service just yet but James and the others at the UK show ground have been most helpful.

We have already bought a mobile in Tuscany. We are visiting the showground next weekend to look at buying a home in Spain so we can re-locate due my wife"s heath issues .We would have no problem in hestitating in recommending this company with the sales service right through to everything else.

My review is slightly different has i haven't brought my caravan in the sun as yet .
I am looking at both Torre del mar & Fuengirola. I have been in touch with James's we are in the process of arranging site visits in April.I can honestly say the service up til now as been great and i look forward to April.

A wonderful experience all around. James from Caravans in the Sun was a great help all the way along and was extremely patient with my many early morning and weekend emails! At first, I wasn't sure if a caravan was for me or where I wanted to live, but I was given great advice and after visiting a couple of parks I knew that El Rocio was the one for me. Bambi was a joy during my visit, picking me up from Huelva, and showing me around both the park and the local area. She continues to be a gem now I'm here. The residents are all very welcoming and Sue and Johnny have proved invaluable. I'm now living the dream and couldn't recommend Caravans in the Sun more highly.

Go go Jo-Jo. Simply the best. Valle Niza at Torre De Mar. Just bought my place in the sun. Jo-Jo has gone over and above to help me and is continuing to help me on my journey. CITS are superb. I'm looking forward to spending more time there when I retire. Hopefully my neighbours will continue to help and support me.

Easy buying process. The home we purchased is in the Vendee. When we viewed the site and available homes the on-site agent Bill was very helpful......when we first stayed in our newly purchased home the time and help willingly given by Bill was excellent.
