I ordered boots that arrived but were…
I ordered boots that arrived but were really small. The returns portal wasn’t working so I contacted customer care as you only have a 14 day return window. I received an Email from Eve with a Royal Mail link as an alternative return method. I used the link and Royal Mail brought a label and collected my parcel.
I received notification that the item had been delivered to them but received no email acknowledgment from them so I emailed customer care. Now the same Eve that emailed me the link is questioning how I paid for my return. Not slightly interested in the fact that they owe me my refund. If you email regarding a problem and they send you a solution that you use why can’t I get my refund and why are customer care so crap. Absolutely fixated on getting their over inflated returns charge. AVOID

Our team have looked into this for you and can see you used a pre paid returns link to return back to us but this link should not charge you so was wondering how you paid already for the return as you should not have paid for anything with the specific link that the team sent you, the £4.99 is deducted from your refund as you do not pay upfront for the returns label,
Your refund has been processed and will be in your account the next couple of days
We would like to thank you for your patience whilst this refund is being processed

Wrong address
I accidentally put an order in
to be sent to the wrong address and immediately without any fuss or panic they got my order sent out to the correct address as quick as possible, I expected it to be a while but it was at my house in days!
