Still waiting for my halo to be delivered, ordered on 12th December I've had no correspondence and have phoned them and emailed numerous times with no response, Absolutely diabolical customer service!!

Ordered Halo Capsule cleaner on 1st December and have received nothing.
I’ve sent multiple emails chasing delivery and have had no replies at all, not even an acknowledgement. After weeks of silence and no product, I was left with no choice but to raise a PayPal claim just to get a response.
This is, quite frankly, the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. If there’s a delay, communicate. If there’s an issue, respond. Complete radio silence after taking payment is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Buyer beware.
Ordered an accessory which was dispatched by the failing courier Evri. It has been at the local delivery depot since December 5th, now presumed lost. Halo customer care non reactive. Refund obtained through PayPal. No apology or offer to send a replacement just indifference from Halo! They don’t seem to care.
Ordered anc paid for a cleaner on 22nd November and still hasn't arrived. When i could get through spoke with curt South African woman who said it had been delivered by DPD but then returned to their depo and that I would have to contact DPD. I said this shouldn't be my problem and DPD agreed and said they were looking into it. and would contact Halo. Got through to Halo again, eventually, and they said they would send another while they sorted with DPD. I don't know who to believe but will probably ask for a refund if it still doesn't arrive within the next week. Shocking service it needs looking into as so many have had similar experiences.

When I initially ordered I had a query and got no response to that which was a little disconcerting . Whilst I like the vacuum and it does great job I have had to replace both heads as they broke / wiring came loose . And now one of the replaced heads is faulting ? So that’s 3 heads since about April 2024 . Such a shame because I find as someone who loves to clean and needs to do so due to asthma it does do a really good job . I suspect I’ll get no response from customer services reading the other reviews , so sadly going to have to mark it as very poor over all .
I ordered some new bags online. Nothing happened. Two weeks later I sent an email to enquire. No reply. Two more weeks and I hung on the phone. Sorry, your order has been cancelled! However they took my money, no suggestion of a refund and didn't inform me. So, they promised I would ge sent new bags immediately. Guess what, Two weeks later and I'm still waiting. No email, no sorry, no here's some on us. Nothing, Nada, niet.
Zero customer service. Long delays and average hoover. I ordered this for my grandparents after they had seen the as in a newspaper. Purchased from their website on the 16th of November and noted that dispatch may take 7 days in busy periods. Not a problem. However after 3 weeks with no communication and no hoover, I decided it wasn’t worth waiting for anymore, we worried it was a scam website and I’d have to fight to get their money back. I emailed halo 3 times asking for updates. I tried phoning them twice and it just rings out. I finally emailed to cancel the order and stated we did not want it to be shipped and for an immediate refund. No response again. A couple of weeks later the hoover was delivered. My grandparents unfortunately accepted the delivery, I would’ve preferred to return and support a different business. We have still had no reply to any email sent in November so I dread to think what you’re supposed to do if there is an issue or fault with the hoover and you can’t contact anyone.
Customer service dreadful, refund had to be obtained through PAYPAL when returning hoover being too heavy for a pensioner.
Definitely don’t buy from this company you never receive your hoover beginning to think now after waiting nearly 2months it’s a scam SO LEAVE WELL ALONE if you don’t won’t to lose your money
The product seems to be quite good although not as fantastic as some of the media reviews in their adverts. As with other reviewers I had serious Customer Service issues. Where to start?
The website states 'Fast Delivery'. I ordered on 6th November it did not arrive by the following week It eventually turned up on 7th December. I phoned Customer Services, who have American, British and Chinese accents in their different recorded responses. That is strange. The recorded message while you wait suggests that an email will get a quicker response than waiting for them to answer. How does that work? The Chinese sounding respondent gave an excuse of waiting for parts. This corresponds to lots of other reviews. No emails were acknowledged or answered. No Customer Response form was responded two. I sent two of each over the 4 week wait for my Halo. Neither Customer Service advisor spoke particularly good English. It arrived at my front door despite being requested to be left at the back door. No feedback was requested by either Halo or DPD who delivered it. Most good companies want to check that customers are satisfied. Contrary to specific advice by Halo they did not send me an email when it left them for delivery. I was out of the country when it arrived. This is all very suspicious. Is this really a UK company? It has all the hallmarks of an owner from a different continent. I have been misled. I am very disappointed.
Had a delivery of a new unit only to discover it did not work ,told them ,had to send videos and then answer silly questions like is it blocked,it didn't work straight out of box ,still waiting for replacement
I purchased a halo capsule cleaner in 2020, it was only for upstairs so hasn't had a lot of use.
When changing the bag, (only the 2nd time) the plastic clip on the bag holder/power unit snapped off, so it is impossible to close the unit.
On emailing the company, they stated that as it was out of warranty and they have no repair service, I would have to buy a new machine! Obviously a design fault, and their attitude completely dismissive.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Sent back a defective Halo capsule on the 6-11-25, 21 days ago and have had to contact my card holder for the refund as they have ignored 4 email, the thing from new would not pick up a thing of my carpet, total rubbish hoover.
Was keen to support a uk company but sadly the product does not compare to either Dyson or Shark, both of which I have owned prior to this purchase and are both far superior.
I ordered a Halo capsule on 31st October and am still waiting for the product a month later after paying in full. I've received no responses to my emails sent and when I eventually got through to customer services on the phone was told that there was limited stock due to Black Friday deals. I requested a refund but was told I couldn't action this until the product arrives - I was told the product was with DPD but the tracking number states it isn't there. I've been without working hoover for 5 weeks now! Really poor after sales and do not think a company should take payment then leave you waiting for so long without any updates initiated by them.
Placed an order over 2 months ago, no sign of it arriving any time soon. I've had to chase customer services multiple times on this to no avail. Feels like I'm being repeatedly deceived - being told that it's on its way to me shortly, then obviously nothing happens, on repeat. If I hadn't dealt with this company before, I would assume I was being scammed.
Mine was delivered within two weeks. No problems, no hassle. I came and looked at the reviews and was prepared for the worst but ordered because the top quality product outshone the risks. So glad I went ahead. Moral: don't believe all the reviews you read.
