good quality

Might be a bit more expensive than some but the quality and variety are superior. And if you shop an Wednesdays and use their card it all balances up.

Neal's Nursery London SW18

I have been shopping at Neal's Nursery, Capital Gardens in Wandsworth, London, SW18 for 20 years. Their stock is eclectic and plentiful including that of pet and bird food which I frequently buy from them. Their plants are always of good quality. They have always given excellent advice on a wide range of products when I have needed it. Their staff are all extremely efficient and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Great shop, poor cafe.

I love browsing in the outdoor area for plants and the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The garden centre however is let down by it's cafe which in my opinion represents a lost opportunity.

Capital Gardens are brilliant

when Capital Gdns took over from Neal's Nurseries, I was devastated. I thought it was like a chain taking over a small local business. How wrong could I be? CG are a wonderful company, they kept on the great old staff and employed charming new staff, as necessary.

Service is always great and staff always helpful and smiley.

Products, whether natural living things or beautiful gift items. I can always find something for a man or woman, young or old, when needing a present.

I love this place.

What is it about this garden centre? I have the compulsion to pop in here at least once a week (and we don't have a huge garden). The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and they never make me feel like I am a horticultural dunce (which I am). Love the range of plants and cards, etc. Great place.

Great place

Love going here, good choice of plants and shrubs, staff very friendly. Could improve with having slightly more off the beaten track choices.
