I bought a tumble dryer in March in readiness for the next winter. It leaked a little the first time I used it and then a lot the second time. It took me weeks to get any kind of response, then weeks waiting for a technician who confirmed there was a broken part underneath. I heard nothing again for weeks and had to send numerous messages and texts only to get a reply telling me it was my fault and not covered by guarantee. No explanation and the service department now totally ignore my messages. What an absolute disgrace. I will never recommend this brand .

I bought a Candy dishwasher that broke after only one year of use. On July 18th, a technician came and told me the electrical board was faulty and that a replacement part would arrive within 20–25 days. It’s now August 26th, and not only has the part still not arrived in Tenerife, but nobody has come to fix the dishwasher.

The lack of communication and efficiency from Candy’s technical support is unbelievable.

This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. Candy products clearly don’t last, and their service is even worse. I will never buy another Candy product again and strongly recommend others to stay away from this brand.

2.5 years ago we bought a Candy built-in dryer in our holiday apartment in Marbella. The appliance has been used about 20 times and is already defective!! 7 weeks ago, mechanic Antonio promised to repair it for a fee!! within 2 weeks. Now 7 weeks later, no repair. Bad service. Do not buy Candy

Purchased Candy smart washing machine, 17 April 24, used 3 times, started to smoke, smell with horrendous noise, reported to supplier Melec Costa, reported to Candy, engineer arrived 19.10 week later as he picks his wife up from work. Showed engineer videos, Candy engineer would not turn on machine ! Engineer simply ordered a shock absorber! Sill no repair, have been told by Melec Costa of Lacarla the machine has 3 yr guarantee, even though a dangerous fire hazard - 25 June still no washing machine - appalling service all round do not buy a Candy appliance!

Washing machine needs to be replaced after 2.5 years of normal use.

The electronics have failed and cannot be replaced.

Not my purchase nor would I buy this cheap rubbish as you get what you pay for and all the grief the poor decision deserves.

Don’t waste money on this brand.

Just over 2 years ago, we purchased a Candy washer dryer combo. We had never had a Candy before and probably won’t ever again. The only reason we brought it was we needed a washer dryer and an elderly couple we knew raved about Candy products. Their washing machine was 15 years old and still going. A short ago while it developed cracks on the door and today, the door actually dropped off. The touch screen has always been quirky and seems to either allow a program or not. My son was going to replace it with a Hoover combo until I pointed out its the same company. You used to be good Candy, what happened?

I have 3 washing machines that are Candy brand. All quite new, less than 4 years old.
One of them had a short circuit and the mother board had to be replaced.
I searched the Candy site for replacement and we cannot get a replacement!!
What kind of service is that. Everything in the machine is in mint condition, but I have to throw it away as I cannot get a replacement part!!
