Poor service and almost inexistent. I am without washing machine and waiting for the technician to contact me since beginning of December. The machine is still in guarantee but no guarantee that they will do anything. The call center agents can't do anything apart "passing the message". We start a claim with the consumers organisation.

I bought a BEKO dryer with a 3‑year warranty. After 2 and a half years of use, it stopped working: it doesn’t heat or dry. The service technicians came twice, and both times blamed the filters, which I already replaced, but the problem persists. It’s been more than two months since my first complaint and I still have no solution.

Very disappointed with the after‑sales service: the 3‑year warranty is not being honored and the issue remains unresolved.

My washing machine has a huge leak after 2 years. I have contacted customer service by email, web and phone. Nobody has replied to me. If the company will not respond or send a technician then the warranty is absolutely useless. One more company to avoid!

I bought the fridge freezer Oct 2024 in Spain.In Aug 2025 it broke down and I lost all contents.After one week of the repair a fault within the temp control panel developed where all the symbols flash A service engineer attended 3 time without resolving the fault.Since then despite emails to the Beko call centre and the shop who sold me it nobody has been or taken any responsibility

FIRST attempt to repair a fridge/freezer failed. A 2nd visit (and they only make visits once a week, which means that 2 months have gone by). Wasted so much time and effort with this poor company and its poor products. Please please do not buy BEKO. Total waste of money. Rubbish products. Absolute rubbish

Rather good price quality ration. Their appliances are affordable to my mind. My family uses their washing machine and we are satisfied iwth it. We have been using it for already several years.

While products may seem cheap, they aren't really worth what you pay.

Paid £400 for Beko washer dryer supposed to be quiet model, not so it sounds like a helicopter taking off and landing, I purchased from AO.com was passed from one to the other over 4 weeks and still no satisfaction. Still have machine and hate using it as the noise is so bad in spin mode customer service from Beko is absolute rubbish do not buy from Beko.
