Very efficient, friendly and informative service! We enquired via the internet/web site about a trip to Ontario as a fly drive with a motor home option.
I received a call back from Gary who supplied all the information i needed, ascertained our requirements and went off to compile a quote.
He called back very quickly and supplied us with a great deal which we were very happy with and undercut our other quotes.
I asked for time to discuss with my wife to discuss, arranged a time and date for a return call which he did bang on time and we made a booking.
My first time reserving with Canadian Affair and thus far very impressed and pleased.

After investigation, I can confirm at the time of booking online our terms and conditions are highlighted and a tick box was selected confirming you were aware of the terms, this includes the cancellation fees. They booked flight from airport in wrong state
My 70+ year old mother, traveling solo, got to the end of a brilliant trip in Canada entirely organised by Canadian Affair to find that they’d booked her on a flight from an airport with a similar name in a completely different state.
Even though they are Canada specialists they have no Canadian number to call and she had no way of ringing the UK number from Canada. A friend in the UK rang on her behalf and got their out of hours voicemail saying explain the situation and someone will get back to you. Hours after first getting in contact with them they booked her an airport hotel and the next morning booked her a flight for 24 hours after her original. One lady on the phone was helpful but it was also made clear she should have checked the information was correct herself. Very difficult given the limited info they provide with the booking details. Would not recommend booking travel to Canada given they have no support available in Canada if anything goes wrong.
