Jo Buckley Superstar!

Jo Buckley, such a star! Booking this holiday had previously been such a headache dealing with so many details and unreliable agents until I decided to try Canadian Affair. What a fantastic experience!! Jo was listened to exactly what I wanted and came up with a fantastic itinerary within my budget. I’m blown away with the effort she put in to finding me my dream holiday. It wasn’t an easy one for her with all my requirements and hotels being sold out all over the place (my fault for leaving it all toothed last minute) but she didn’t stop until we got everything sorted, even working over time to finalise everything for me.
Thanks Jo, the kids and I can’t wait for my 30 year later, return to Banff and Jasper holiday! You’re a superstar!

Very easy and smooth booking process

Smooth booking process

The booking was smooth and the vehicle met our specifications although we have not had our trip yet so cannot verify the quality of the vehicle. Having an agent in the UK made the booking process easier

Service, response times to queries , individuals taking time to work out what type of holiday you want and producing an itinerary that is spot on. I haven't experienced the holiday yet but the research and booking experience was excellent.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I originally booked a flight in 2020 which was cancelled due to the pandemic. Canadian Affair gave me indefinite credit, which I've just spent on a new flight out to Canada today. Had the loveliest customer services call of my life with Mark, who was able to sort out my credit, my flights and give me some great tips for my holiday. Highly recommend.

Avoid this company for car hire

Avoid this company for car hire! 90% cancellation fees not specified at time of booking.
We booked a car and when we found out that snow tyres were compulsory until the end of March (Canadian Affair never told us this) we tried to cancel. We were told it is a 90% cancellation fee. Not only can we not afford to lose this money, we now have to pay an additional $20 per day for the winter tyres. Do yourself a favour and go with any other company which offers a standard free cancellation up until 48 hrs before the booking.

You came highly recommended by my brother in law. I had decided to take a Canadian holiday on a bit of a whim (going to a gig in Montreal), & had no idea where to start building a holiday around this.
Kathryn was very patient with me, sent me several option quotes (whether apartment or hotel, how long in each city, including a day trip); decided on a four Eastern city trip.

Superb knowledgable advisor going the extra mile

The experience of planning and booking a holiday was superb. It took a long time on the phone to get through but it was worth the wait. Mark was very knowledgable about the parts of Canada I was interested in, and was able to suggest different options to make the holiday flow much more easily. Whilst it took several iterations to decide on the exact hotels, that was down to me changing my mind and taking on board Mark's feedback. Would really recommend booking with Canada Affair as it takes away all the risk and you are able to talk to knowledgable agents who have been there and experienced the location and the holiday.
