Transphobic employee

It's a shame to see one of your employee's (Bonnie Todd) posting their prejudice reviews and revolting, derrogative name calling and language about the trans community on social media. She states on her profile that she works for your company. I do hope as a company you do not discriminate against the trans or LGBTQ+ community or share the same public hatred as your employee. Are the trans community able to use your service without suffering this vile discrimination or hate crime from your employees? I can provide you with the screenshots of her vulgar language and public views which also includes words such as "retard" which is also very discriminatory towards the disabled as I am sure you would agree. I am sure as a company, you would not agree to this person's ill representation of certain groups ( trans and disabled) I will also be emailing your head office with these messages as I feel you would agree this is not the public attention you will want. As a trans activist, this sort of thing travels quickly and I'm sure you would not want these views to affect your reputation. I look forward to discussing further when I contact the head office.

Privatise

I have yet to be able to say, "I got what I paid for". Something sent to me in London ONTARIO from Colorado was first sent to Heathrow Airport, on its way to London UK.

I just paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery from London to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and after 5 days, the ESTIMATED delivery is four days from now.

I am so sick of Canada Post. I say that having 3 family members who still actively working there.

delivery person lied about leaving notice/coming to door

ordered from dashvapes awhile back and they used canada post for their postal service. it was for vapes so you have to go to the door to meet the person/sign/id etc. was watching updates live and saw it was out for delivery and then bam all of a sudden it went from missed delivery to pick up at local canada post office.. they said they left a notice too. they didn’t. no ring, no knock, no notice, no nothing. delivery was lazy and failed and LIED about coming to my door/leaving a notice. complained with canada post but i mean they won’t do anything. had to go pick up my vapes a day later. the whole reason i ordered vapes was to not to go out.

Worst service you can use they are mostly all lazy typical union workers that cry when they have to work 8 hours. Pathetic bunch should have all stayed on strike until the government got rid of you all. Especially some idiot named Belinda...sounds like the name the lady that killed puppies in 101 Dalmatians. Company loses billions and continues its mind blowing we waste so much tax money on them.

Just stop offering tracking

Just stop offering tracking. So many excuses as to why it's not accurate. How can a corportation be so bad at it's job? Shut Down Canada post. Private companies care about cutomers.

They really are that terrible

Canada Post really is the worst company. Why the government keeps supporting them is beyond me. Parcels show up in Winnipeg, a half hour from where I live and they just keep them for 4 or 5 days for no apparent reason. Well most likely because they are that incompent as a company. Feds need to stop pouring money into them and let them sink.

Awful

Awful! I should know better by now. Ot to sue Canada post to send parcels from Ontario to Newfoundland. I buy the Flat Rate boxes and the agent insists my package will arrive in plenty of time and EVERY SINGLE TIME my package is at least a week late (or more). It shouldn’t take almost a month for a parcel to arrive at a destination in the same country. So frustrating!

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Always disappointing…I have placed numerous recent orders that use Canada post, and EACH time it’s the exact same scenario. Recent example- Ordered feb. 2, now it’s been sitting in Mississauga for well over a week (since feb. 6). Since that day, all that the tracking says is “item delayed”. That’s it. Nothing else. Chat AI is useless, & I’ve been through this SO many times I have lost count…
When I see a business uses them, I am no longer bothering. Not worth the headache. I have yet to have a SINGLE item delivered on time as promised (or even close to that date).
Wonder why they are going bankrupt? Hmmm…
Amazon, UPS, fed-ex, all seem to be able to deliver promptly as promised. What is wrong with this incompetent “delivery” service? (If you can call them that)
Beware folks!

Incompetence personified

Incompetence personified. Was waiting for a 170$ shipment, the tracking has been stuck at "in transit" since the order was shipped, it has now been two weeks since the original delivery date. Had to wait until now for them to finally allow me to file a claim. Still haven't received anything, no communication was given, no effort was put into finding my package whatsoever. Had to re-order my products except now what I originally bought is out of stock, of course. Absolute trash service. It's sad that you can't rely on the country's very own postal service. This is not the first time I've had situations like this with canada post, and it won't be the last. The employees don't care about their job, and it shows.

Terrible Service for the Last 6 Months based on Outdated Policy and/orTech

Canada Post doesn't have the capacity to make note of a changed address or the passing of a previous tenant???!!! How archaic is your organization and technology that you keep harassing homeowners day after day with other people's mail. After 6 MONTHS of notes of RTS on the envelops left outside my door AND direct conversations and complaints to the postal carrier - AND NOW a big note taped over and COVERING my door slot stating MURRAY ONLY - the postman continues to ignore the sign on my door and continues to drop the late person and her moved daughters mail inside my apartment.
And PS. at my location, instead of taking his cart up in the elevator, the Postal Carrier chooses to leave the cart unmonitored in our main lobby while he drops mail at other floors - clearly CP doesn't even give a thought about the security of our mail.

Super slow service

My cassette player sat a 3 hour drive away for 3 days. I could have *EASILY* drove and gone to grab it, i even asked if i could. Because of their god awful system i didn't have my cassette player for my holiday i planned to have it on. All because it took them extremely long to move my package 3 hours. Literally any other postal service would have had it in a week earlier

Slowest delivery company to ever exist AND they won’t leave the package at the damn door for some ridiculous reason. Every other delivery company has a better delivery process than them. Just leave my package at my door stop taking it to the post office. The post office workers are also miserable people to deal with, so pissed when they have to do their job. I give a 0.5 of a star
