Lovely site and great facilities
Lovely site and great facilities. Very helpful staff. Lovely toilets and changing room and hot water for washing pots. Would definitely recommend to others. Ideal spot for walking into town

Easy use of website in general
Easy use of website in general, but found if you tapped back once too many it lost your preferences, like dates or people. What is great is that your site let's you book more than one pitch on the same booking, just would say, if you could add more campsites to your options that would give it 5 stars!

I am so sorry to hear this, Will. The team have looked into this as we do have strict rate parity clauses for the sites listed with us, which means that you shouldn't be charged any more booking through us than booking with a site directly. They have been speaking with the site and have been able to sort a refund for your booking 🙂
