Beautiful clean site definitely come again :)
Pool is brilliant not over crowded just right, the pod is clean perfect for little get away for small family and the views are beautiful, park on site is pretty cool for the kids little shop lovely staff really friendly and helpful
The pool only has one changing room for females and one changing room for males but it’s been wonderful weekend away our son has loved it 🥰

Everything fine, easy to do but wanted to spread the balance remaining over a period of time prior to arrival. There was no flexibility to pay the balance in smaller amounts. This is something I have done with many other trips in the uk and abroad. They then told me to ask the owner of the holiday accommodation which I did which caused a lot of unhappiness and stress. Don't see the problem with leaving the payment option as zero so an amount can be typed in. Some people don't have a large amount of spare cash all at once where option to pay the balance by a date would take the stress of paying a large amount on an exact date away. I know if it was any earlier in the month I wouldn't of been able to go on with the booking because the money would not have been in the account.

Don’t get the negative reviews about the lack of shower facilities as currently there are only 6 pitch’s so really don’t feel it’s an issue. Really enjoyed our stop over and the views

I used this app all the time whilst travelling on the road. Great, loved it.
Unfortunately it only works on chrome now. (By design). Any action returns you to the home page. I have tried safari, Firefox and opera, (both mobile and full versions)
I have a 2nd gen iPad and iPhone X, neither of which can download Chrome (apple restricted OS and Chrome requiring IOS17) so can’t be upgraded any further.
Unable to afford new tech, so this customer can sadly no longer use pitch up.

We found it easy to use and very informative we use it every time we go anywhere in the campervan.

Upon selection of area visit, it was easy to navigate for suitable site to stay. Amenities of the chosen site was a factor.

Really easy booking system, having used the system regularly I highly recommend it
