Placed order, free delivery (great!) cheaper product than anywhere else - which was also out of stock on Amazon but they had it.
Managed to get my order to me in the Scottish Highlands in only 4 days (which is great).

Item supplied was incomplete
Item supplied was incomplete, 15 emails back & forth with agent who said missing item was not supplied anymore & rep from Whale confirmed it. I contacted Whale myself & they confirmed that item was missing from kit! They apologised & have now supplied missing item, great service from Whale. The Agent from camping online terrible waste of time. Never dealing with them again, what an absolute farce.

hi we investigated this with our supplier and WHALE , WHALE sent out kits to our supplier and our supplier made a formal complaint to whale for not providing full kits its only when our supplier opened the boxs to check contents which was sealed that they also had incomplete kits out of the 5 in stock they had they saw what the problem was
i was unsure what your problem was at the time as we was told by the rep that only a 2 m hose was in the box now he was wrong as i dont keep this on the shelf and only order in when we get an order for this kit so i never see the stock i am glad whale have addmitted their error and rectifing this for you

Ordered 4 x Highlander Thermal Base Layer Short Sleeved Polyester Cotton Ribbed Type Shirts, item code : BL100-OLIVE-M.
Received 4 x Highlander 100% cotton T-Shirts, item code TEE014V2-RG-M instead. Queried this with the seller & was told the old style had been discontinued & replaced with this model. All items were promptly returned in their original polythene bags un-opened. Subsequently only received a partial refund with £3.99 being deducted as seller claimed one item had been used. This was completely untrue, there was no need to open them at all, as it was obvious straight away that they were not the ones as described on the seller's page. Which despite being informed the seller is still incorrectly marketing on Ebay. I did not want to contact the seller again as I felt they had behaved in an unfair and frankly underhand way by claiming that one item had been used. Ebay however was most most helpful & refunded the difference. The experience has left me most upset and shocked that a company could behave like this for the gain of a few pounds. So my advice is - Be Wary !
