Ordered shoes that looked nice. I emailed to check on my order after two weeks of not receiving them and was told 2-5 business days. After another week of not receiving it hearing anything I emailed again and was told that the order is cancelled due to lack of stock. Joke

Black friday: ordering boots for my wife at a 30% discount. Not the best discount for BF but OK.
Checking into the order a week after since my wife mentions that nothing ever arrived. Turns out the order has been cancelled, without any reason or notification.
Contacting customer support - I get a short and unsympathetic message that the product is out of stock and I will get reimbursement 'anytime soon'.
In the meantime 170 euros that I wanted to spend on BF are blocked with camper - and the product is clearly in stock, as I could see on the online store where the exact SKU with the exact size is available - but without price reduction, of course.
Two weeks later: I finally get my reimbursement. Customer service no longer responds. I receive marketing emails titled 'do you love our boots' ? trying to sell me into the order that was previously cancelled.
All of this noting that I have spend over 2K in camper shoes across the past 5 years.
The camper experience: 0% customer focus, 100% revenue - they rather cancel black friday orders to protect their revenue and force long time customers to buy the product at full price after. 0% customer service, I'd be surprised that a single human being has seen my case in the past 4 weeks.
Run, don't walk away from this brand if you care about a nice customer experience and quality products.

I had ordered my shoes since on 27/11/2025 till today my shoes still not arrived yet. Yesterday I have been to the store and talked to staff, lucky there is a lovely lady helped me to write a email to the camper customer service. But still no updates information about my shoes.The tracking number that they provided is useless. Nothing is able to track. WHERE IS MY SHOES?!! I expect to wear the shoes before the Christmas. Now is 17/12 ! What the… really disappointed 😞

I went to purchase a pair of sandals in store that I had seen online. I was told they were online purchase only. I did not receive a tracking number. The sandals took three weeks to arrive from somewhere, I have no idea. Awful customer experience. I opened the box to find the suede had faded in parts (probably sitting in a warehouse for a long time) and there were scratches on the back of the heel. To make matters worse one of the buckles had been sew in back to front. Very disappointing experience. I then had to drive back to Chadstone to return them. The sales assistant didnt even apologise or offer to exchange. He just took the box and then issued a refund which then took 3 days to arrive in my account. The whole experience was just awful. Never again Camper.

I ordered a pair of Junction Runner and I did receive them quite quickly(to the US) considering they come from Spain. When I opened the package, the toe caps were nowhere to be seen... that was what I liked about these shoes! I messaged them immediately and they replied rather quickly. However... nothing has been done about it.I first messaged them on 11/28, it's now 12/12. They're somehow still trying " to find the best solution." Like what solution are they trying come up with? Send me the toe caps!!!
I've tried calling them and messaging them on social media as well. Seemed more helpful at first, but led to nothing.
Stay away from this site.
Im thinking about just returning these, but reading terrible reviews here about not receiving refunds makes me a little hesitant.
I'm so disappointed becuase they have a good selection of shoes and I wanted to order more!
Edit: 12/20, I finaly received the toe caps! Their customer service needs to get better. THREE WEEKS to come up with a solution to an issue that only has one simple solution.
I have finally worn what I ordered. I love them, and they're so comfy. I also got so many compliments. I'll give this company another chance, but they really need to fix their customer service.

I've reached out multiple times to issue a return after receiving shoes with unraveling stitching and glue residue on the shoe /around the sole. Terrible quality shoe and even more terrible quality customer service!! The only reply I get from them is an automated message asking about the quality of their customer service?! Like what the heck you won't even answer my emails regarding my question and expect a review for your customer service!! Absolutely frustrated and disappointed - don't waste your money or time with them!!

I’ve been buying Camper shoes for over a decade and have always trusted the brand — which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I received a completely wrong order addressed to someone else, which means my own order went to a stranger, and the whole situation has been handled with very little care.
What makes this worse is that I purchased my shoes during the Black Friday sale. Because of Camper’s mistake, I’m now being told to reorder at full price. I don’t understand why I should have to pay more when the error was entirely caused by Camper. It feels like the company gets to benefit commercially from its own mistake, while I’m the one spending time writing emails and taking photos just to try and sort it out.
After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected much better service and a genuine effort to resolve the situation fairly. This whole experience has really undermined my trust in the brand.

I placed an order on November 18 and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation (it’s December 6). I have now reached out to Camper’s customer service team three times and still haven’t gotten more than an automated response essentially saying that they will “get to it.” I spent almost $200 on these shoes and as a grad student that’s a sizeable amount of money for shoes that don’t seem to exist. I love camper shoes and have been wearing them for a decade but for the price the abysmal quality of the customer service and the lack of any communication about my order’s shipping status is unacceptable. I live in New York City so it’s not like I’m asking them to ship somewhere remote. But even if I were, this feels like highway robbery.

I have truly never had a worse experience than ordering from Camper. They told me my order was delivered and it was absolutely not delivered. Someone in my family was home at the time of “delivery” and there was not even anyone who rang the doorbell, much less delivered my package. After trying to speak to customer service, I received an AI message once again saying my order was delivered. I’m not sure if I have been scammed, or what. Now I have been emailing requesting to speak with someone, and my only response has been that they are working on the issue, with no phone number provided that I can call. Do not order here unless you want to lose your money, I am super disappointed.

Purchased a pair of custom Peu shoes during a promotion They arrived in a timely manner, but no quality control was done. They were clearly damaged on the manufacturing process, but sent to me anyhow. I sent an e-mail.with a photo of the faulty workmanship, and they agreed they were faulty and asked me to cut the tongues out and they will provide a voucher for the amount I paid. No offer to replace with a properly built shoe. Now if I want the shoes I have to shell out an additional $50? Such nonsense. They made a mistake, now I have to pay extra for it. I don't trust them to send me another pair at this point. They responded here and asked for my e-mail address, which I provided through trust pilot. I never heard from camper regarding this review.

After almost 3 weeks of not having my shoes delivered and reaching out to the customer service repeatedly, I've gotten an email saying "your return has been accepted". What? What return? Then they send an email lying and blaming me that the delivery address I've given them was incomplete. Absolute bollocks - I shop online all the time, it never happened. There was no attempted delivery, nothing. Just radio-silence, a few AI emails "thanking me for my patience" (which run out after about 2 weeks of nonsense) and then refund.
Notice how their AI bot is answering to all these reviews. So totally useless. I want someone to get fired. They've destroyed this reputable brand with horrible customer service and utterly unreliable deliveries. I've not received my refund yet, but it better arrive. Otherwise I'll sue. Horrendous. 15 years as a customer, NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a pair of shoes in the Black Friday sale. The discount was clearly applied and showed the discount amount($240). But my account was charged full price ($300). Customer service acknowledged the issue was at their end and did not offer to fix the mistake. When I question this I was offered a promo code for my next purchase. When I asked for a refund d of the difference I didn’t get a response by they have cancelled my order completely.
UPDATE 29/11/2025: Camper have responded on Trustpilot asking for my email, I also got a private request for more details from Camper via trustpilot which I have provided. It’s been two days but I have still heard nothing from Camper.

I have just bought a pair of beautiful shoes online, (Casa Myra) from Camper. I always buy a size 5 i.e. size 38, but these are tiny. Be warned!
I'd like to send them back and exchange for the size up, but I'm reluctant to do it because of all the problems other customers have had. I would like to talk to a PERSON for some advice!! This has proved impossible. There appears to be no number to call. Very very disappointing.

It’s been 2 months since my return was received by Camper and they have not refunded me. I have contacted them and you really only get copy and paste responses, no apology and nothing has changed. I am still waiting for my refund. I have supplied them with so much information and yet nothing has changed.
Update: I did finally receive a refund - not from Camper but a totally different name, it was over 2 months later. No one apologised at any point. This was the most stressful purchase of my life. I cannot advise you strongly enough to avoid shopping with Camper online.

Response is : the cap is subject to availability.
Check the cap availability online - it’s in stock and available!
Remind customer services that the cap is still available and in stock and suggest they may have simply forgotten rather than run out? (I’m giving them an easy out here)

I point out that the principle here is important and it’s a very poor customer experience. Also, the free gift forms part of the sales contract. It’s not negotiable as Camper seems to believe. Nothing - no response. I ask for the contact details and name of a manager - again, nothing, no response. I then tell them I want to return everything and remove myself from any marketing. They respond with a returns link and removal confirmation.
At this point I fear all responses are automated and AI driven as no pleasantries apologies or names. Seems extremely abrupt and robotic.
I contact the UK Camper Facebook team via messenger in an attempt to highlight the @iss poor experience Camper customers are getting. They respond and state I will be contacted shortly.
It’s been a month - guess what??

I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes from Camper over the years since the pandemic.
I was shipped the entirely wrong pair of shoes on 2/4 of my orders. Their shipping warehouse or communication between the website and the warehouse inventory figure it out. It's so disappointing waiting for an order for several weeks only to see it's the wrong pair, have to ship it back, and see the actual pair you wanted is now appearing as sold out.
I really really like the shoes otherwise so it's just very disappointing.

I’ve been a Camper customer for years, but this has been a very disappointing experience. I purchased a pair of boots at the Regent Street store on 4th October, and because they didn’t have the colour in stock, the order was placed for home delivery. I paid in-store, but I never received any email confirmation, tracking information, or updates from Camper.
After waiting 15 days with no communication, I contacted Camper on 19th October to request a refund and cancel the purchase. It wasn’t until 23rd October that I was finally told the courier had lost my order.
On 24th October, they asked for my bank details to process the refund, which I provided immediately. Despite this, as of today (18th November), I still have not received the refund, nor have I been given any clear explanation for the delay.
It has now been over six weeks since the purchase, and I am still waiting for my money back. This level of communication and service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Camper.
