We found this Company to be very unprofessional.
We reserved a Camper through them in November 2022.
This Reservation was due to start in July 2023.
We then found out in July days befor our trip that the company they used flexi-camper was bankkrupt.
We had no feedback or communication from Campanda at all. I called Flexi-Camper about three days before our trip to verify our reservation only to to told that they were no longer in Buisness.

Our whole trip has been greatly disrupted, our Young Daughter whom was already in Sweden a week before with Friends was now stranded.
We will have to take the train to Humburg only to pick her up and continue our trip in Bed and Breakfast.
My attempts to contact a companda representative all failed.

Stay far from this Company, professionalism is not part of their moto.

We rented a camper van for a Eurotrip. It was simple, the van was great and the people were friendly when we called them up for some questions we had during the drive.

warning do not use this webside/company Campada as they dont mind having hustlers and scams Like the company Autovossen ibvbonn.de to rent out there Auto camper though them.
When Autovossen ibvbonn.de took our safety deposit 1500 euro claiming us for a small dent there where on the car when we pick up and even Autovossen ibvbonn.de sign a document that i left the car without anything wrong beside a water cap i toll him i lost. he kept all our money (stole it - that thief) i send all documentation to show Campanda that we where right and Autovossen ibvbonn.de was wrong they didn`t mind only toll us that we should take it direktly with Autovossen ibvbonn.de but he just laugh at us, as the hustler he is. He should never be aloud to cheat people like that. hope that this warning will help so no one else is getting robbed by this hustler Autovossen ibvbonn.de and the Campanda Company. I regret not reading the trust pilot before i went in business with thise guys because many other has written bad things about this company :-(

klasse Plattform, alles perfekt

I had booked a camper for 3 nights in Belgium for April. Since our entire trip (flights, bicycle race) was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to cancel the reservation and I was told in late march I would get the entire amount back minus a 25% service fee. Come mid-July, and I still haven't received my money back. The person supposed to rent me the camper van has disappeared, doesn't reply to e-mails or Whatsapp messages. Campanda has closed its phone customer support and their only replies to my mails are to keep trying to contact the person supposed to rent us the camper, and then that they will try themselves. Useless service, terrible communication and overall zero confidence in these clowns.

I'm unable to call with Campanda, I tried calling but I always get an automatic voicemail. Person who want to rent me RV says the same and is therefore not willing to rent out the RV - He does not feel confortable with this. We are 3 days before our holliday and are very worried about being able to go. Please get in toutch with me

TERRIBLE. Do not book with this company. They are CON ARTISITS. Confirmed I am eligible for a refund only after I had to provide their customer service team with their own terms and conditions. 2 moths later STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.

Please protect yourself and avoid this scam. After booking a campervan and being forced to cancel the trip due to COVID-19, Campanda suddenly switched the terms of cancelation, saying I had to pay the fees charged by the "supplier" which amounted to 60% of the total cost of the rental. The supplier "Andes Campers" was equally unwilling to help. Their website clearly stated I could receive a full refund for changes outside my control, like for instance, a global pandemic. Avoid this company entirely - if anything were to happen to your travel arrangements they will not accommodate you whatsoever.
