Well what more can one say... The whole experience was so easy !. Nice people to talk and deal with. No high pressure - No hassle - The install is oh so neat too .... Been connected for a month now and no problems what so ever. One complaint - Should have waited a little longer to get the "super Black Friday deal" they are offering right now !!! Go for it (every one deserves a bargain) Even covered my Exit fee with free connection for six months - what a company - mention me and I get a small Thank you,

The engineer arrived early and got to work after assessing the situation. It didn’t take long and the fittings inside and outside the house were very neat and tidy. He then helped connect our phones and tv to the Wi Fi . All in all very pleased to have switched to Cambridge Fibre!

Hands down, some of the best service I’ve had in a long time.

Living in a village with no phone signal and barely any internet, I reached out to Cambridge Fibre to discuss private fibre to the property.

After a few weeks of back and forward, with Simon from sales and project team. We discussed my requirements; surveyed the area; and got building approval. Once done all work was completed in 3 days.

The installation team were professional, fixing the cabling to the house so that it's barely noticeable, and were extremely friendly – even indulging me with all my questions.

On the first weekend I noticed my port forwarding wasn't working correctly, so I called at 10am for my call to be immediately answered, and the technician fixed the problem within 10 minutes.

It’s this type of personal customer service that makes people stick with a provider. I've given myself a couple of weeks to thoroughly test the service, and note any downtimes, to which I can say has been 100% up.

Astounding customer service. I had an issue with the ducting leading to my house which prevented installation. The other supplier in the village with whom I had originally placed the order, said would take them up to a month to resolve. I then called Cambridge Fibre who sent an engineer the same day who identified exactly where the fault was. Cambridge Fibre returned two days later. They resolved the issue and got us connected. We had 1Gbps fibre within 2 days of making initial contact!

An excellent outfit: very patient, efficient and competent, thoughtful about the customer's needs and wishes, willing to spend extra time and effort to explain things to the technologically challenged. They don't pressurise the customer one way or another, but do their best to solve whatever the problems are, and provide practical and economical solutions.

I have a basic internet package and that works great as I live alone.

The customer service is top notch. Clear communication and timely service.

I got connected to the Internet in 5 days from ordering the service with them!

I have been with Cambridge Fibre for 2 years now and I have had no issues with my connection. I called to discuss my options for contacts going forward and the team were polite and very helpful. One of the best customer service experience in years!!!

Signed up to Cambridge fibre about a month ago, I have to be honest their service is exceptional. I have been delighted with the end to end journey, including the engineer who did the installation. I cannot recommend them enough, and would recommend to anyone considering switching.

From initial response (both email and callback) to an email query I sent, through pre-installation check and same day commissioning, I couldn't be happier! The speed and stability of the connection are great, but working with the people of CF is the great pleasure.

My experience has been really positive, the customer service is great, feels like you're dealing with a local business who really want to go the extra mile which is a big contrast to what you get with Virgin etc. Cheaper than the competition as well and the WiFi works just the same. When I moved house recently they moved over my equipment from my old house and I was ready to work from home within 45 minutes with the same password and everything.

The sales support line was great and the install was easy , it was the only provider that gave me fibre and not DSL so experience was good for the time. Really appreciate their quick follow up deliveries too. For 12 months though, the price is a bit on the high side so that is my only qualm, but I think it is fair because of the time scales for these things. Would appreciate if they had a student price or something though.
