Easy order process and great jeans
The order process was easy, I was kept fully informed throughout the delivery process and I love my jeans. The fit and look are just great. Really pleased with the service.
They withheld my money!
They cancelled my order, and told me item was out of stock. Tried ordering the item again and contacted customer support, then was sent the wrong item. My money was then withheld for literal weeks because they made an error on their accounting side. Got my money back finally, and customer support never ended reaching out. Took about 6-7 emails, and phone calls to get a response. Buyer beware.
Recently spent over £100 on underwear
Recently spent over £100 on underwear. Two pairs stitching come undone and have hole in after wearing twice. Contacted customer service and it’s absolutely appalling

Believe all the 1 star reviews because they're true . Ordered £80 worth of boxers for my holiday the delivery time frame worked , then received an email explaining they wouldn't be dispatched for a week due to a delay. Got in touch with customer service explained I'd like to cancel order due to me being away and them not arriving in time just a no you can't you'll have to send them back no matter how many times I explained I don't want them as I'll be on holiday and not home to take parcel they wouldn't cancel . They said leave with a neighbour etc not 1 bit helpful they take your money have crap customer service and think it's acceptable. Keep your money and don't order with these ,like I said all 1 star reviews are true.
I truly expected more from CK
I truly expected more from CK. I ordered some cologne and I first thought it was a joke on how long the shipping would take. Here I am patiently waiting on the order since according to Fedex it was here in town, well, the Fedex driver did not even attempt to get in the building and left. I am leaving the country tomorrow and this was supposed to be a gift. How can cologne take 2 weeks to be delivered and then still failed delivery. I live in Los Angeles, not Alaska or the Yukon. I hope I get my package tomorrow, but this is frustrating and had I known their score was this low on TP i would have never ordered anything with them. Beyond

Poor quality and will last about 4 washes.
I bought some boxers on sale with a very similar style that I really get along with normally. However I have found after only a few washes following the recommended care instructions the colour and fabric has pretty much gone. Dispite paying over the odds compared with other brands which have lasted over 8 months and still going strong. Very unhappy and I won’t be rushing out to buy any more.

Terrible customer service. Package arrived with tape cut and pieces missing. They don't get back to you and then send emails saying they havent heard from you. Had to stop payment. Never ever again and I typically love Calvin Klein clothes

You were once known for quality - looks like another shitty product today. Oh and forget about shopping with you. Absolutely shocking customer service,using their label we returned a dress.It arrived back with us 5 days later with the box burst at every seam.
Eventually they have sent us another label and we have gorilla taped the box together .

Worst experience of my life ever. Blanchardstown store manager keeps telling me to contact customer serive for my refund and customer service keeps saying ask the store manager as we cant see any information on our system. Rediculous. Will never make a purchase from CK no matter what country its in.
