Zero customer service
Bought a watch - arrived broken, and since then has been a nightmare trying to contact customer services for a response. Their messaging service just cuts you off, no reply on their WhatsApp contact, and zero response via email. Have sent the product back via their usual returns channel but not hopeful of getting my money refunded :( Really wouldn't have expected this from such a well known company - wish i'd checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Missing Items and No Customer Service
My girlfriend ordered some products about a week ago (Oder ID: 31071297661). She did not receive all the items she ordered, and despite multiple attempts, she has been unable to reach your customer service team.
She has already sent four emails without receiving any response.
Earlier today, I attempted to contact your customer support phone line in the Netherlands. I waited on hold for 16 minutes and 37 seconds without anyone answering, after which I had no choice but to end the call. My Danish mobile provider has since charged me 26.06 DKK for this failed attempt to reach your support.
It is extremely disappointing to experience both
1. missing items in the order, and
2. complete lack of access to customer support.
I respectfully request the following:
1. Immediate clarification regarding the missing items from the order.
2. A full resolution, either by sending the missing products or arranging a refund.
3. Reimbursement of the phone charges, as it is unreasonable for customers to pay for support calls when no one answers.
You have three business days from receiving this email to respond. If neither my girlfriend nor I hear from you within that timeframe, we will proceed with reporting the matter to the police as a fraud case, due to missing goods and failure to respond to repeated contact attempts.
We hope this can be resolved quickly and professionally.

Ordered product from their website on the 1st of Dec and arrived on the 11th. Website said 4 , 5 days delivery. Absolute joke and no contact via WhatsApp, email and support chat.

Parcel says it was delivered by Royal Mail, when tracked it I can see it’s left on somebody’s doorstep (not mine) tried to contact Calvin klein but the whole process sends me around in loops. Live chats cuts you off as soon as you’ve waited hours and an agents connects it gets disconnected! I’ve lost £60 for this I will never order or use them again. Poxy company!

If it was possible to give less than 1 believe me i would. I ordered my item on the 29th of November and purchased the 3-5 working day shipping delivery. I was advised on the 5th of December the order was only shipped. On the 10th I tried to enquiry where my package was as the tracking stopped updating.
The customer was almost non existent.
The phone was closed when I called at 2pm even though their automated message said they were open from 9am-9pm?
The chat option was even more atrocious with me attempting 4 time to get someone each waiting from 30mins to an hour before being disconnected till I got someone who honestly may aswell have been the AI bot as all he did was repeat the same things and copy and paste responses.
I tried to also submit a form for an email/call back that morning and by 6pm still no response.
I have to say this is honestly the worst customer service I have witnessed for a company, being that its a brand I would have assumed they would be relying on brand loyalty but obviously this couldn't be further from the truth.
Wish I had read the reviews and purchased the item from a reseller.

Why did I not come hear and read all these reviews before placing my order ? Well I fell for the fact they are a brand name but I did not realise that is all they are a name with no service.
I placed an order on 07.12.25 with delivery in 4-5 days it said, next day I get an update saying they are extremely busy and will not be able to ship my item until the 15.12.25, I purchased this item for a holiday but I very much doubt it will arrive in time, so I try to contact them. Phone number is outside the UK so not going down that route, Live chat starts with a bot who then says passing you over to an agent, from that point nothing comes from the chat.
Emails get responded to by auto response.
So no means of contact, no way to cancel this order, I will have to go down the route of getting my bank involved to snatch my payment back.

Like all other reviews, i give it a 1 star. Took over 9 days to deliver my order and then when received, i have the wrong item. Sent 4 emails and not had 1 reply from anyone or even an acknowledgement to say they are looking into it etc. My advice is do not spend your money with these clowns. What a disgraceful operation that needs shutting down
Disappointing!
I am very disappointed with Calvin Klein, as I still don’t have an update on my order and it’s been 5 days. There’s no customer service at all and I can’t cancel my order, even though it hasn’t been dispatched yet. The live chat function is useless and the customer service number doesn’t even work. I have always loved CK and have used their products for over 20 years, so I am shocked with such poor service. If I still don’t get an update soon, I will have no choice but to contact the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Can’t order smaller at the offer price
My boots arrived and are massive, I want to order a smaller size but the Black Friday offer is no longer available so would have to pay full price…. I am always a size 5 so feel it’s a bit harsh that I can’t get a smaller size for the same price
I'd give zero stars if I could
I should have paid more attention to the low-star reviews. I ordered a few things in the sale because the delivery window on the site suited me. Soon after, they emailed to say everything would now be sent out a week later. I replied straight away to explain that I’d be on holiday by then and couldn’t take the parcel. They didn’t respond at all. No attempt to help, no acknowledgment, nothing.

The "jokestrap" is terrible. It doesn't fit properly, and the elastic bands have no stretch completely ineffective.
I’m truly disappointed, especially because the other underwear from this brand is generally much more comfortable and of better quality.
This product feels like a complete miss.
I will never purchase from this brand again unless I can thoroughly review the product beforehand. Waste of money. Microfibre Stretch is just an adjective it has no stretch at all.

Poor Quality - Boxers unravelling after 1 wear
Purchased a pair of boxers and I have worn this pair only once and I have washed it only one time ( on a gentle cycle), and it is already unravelling (see attached photos). I love the boxers, but the poor quality is unfortunate, sad, and scary to see.
