Bought a puffer. On the website colour stated was Beluga which in the pictures is a shade of brown. Received something that is in between grey and green. Nothing like the pictures. Ordered the jacket purely for the colour which turned out to be a disappointment. Tried contacting customer service which was a nightmare in itself. So bit the bullet and just kept the jacket to avoid anymore stress… will I order from this site again. I think not. Shame really…
Scamming company.. Very low quality, products, wrong sizes, defetive. Worlds worst customer service.
If I could rate this company with less than a star, I would definitely do it.. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping.. I feel completely scammed.. I have bought swimwear and underwear online, in the sizes I usually wear in Calvin, but when they arrived, they were clearly way smaller than what they usually are, compared to Calvin’s sizes, and moreover they don’t fit with their size chart.. Moreover, some of the underwear were sewn completely wrong and they were defective. Some of the packing also seemed suspicious, like it had been opened before.. I have tried to reach them in multiple ways, and multiple times, for almost a month now, but without a single answer.. soon my period of returning the items will expire, and I’m standing with products that I can’t use, due they are way too small and defective.. I feel completely scammed spending so much money on so low quality bad products and the world’s worst customer service… It’s completely scam! Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from here!
This company is a total nightmare
This company is a total nightmare. I have an order stuck on DHL for delivery for nearly 1 month, DHL says it doesn't have the address when Calvin Klein's own order emails show the correct address everywhere with 0 doubt. The customer service representative does exactly zero effort to solve the issue and tells me to contact DHL to change to the right address when in fact they already have it. DHL will only change delivery addresses with a subscription and this subscription, when trying to activate it, only works for US addresses (I'm in Portugal, Europe). This is by far the worst delivery nightmare and customer service I've ever seen. I even wonder if the whole thing is a straight scam.

Delivered used underwear
Wow. I was coming on here to share my experience but it seems like this is the norm for them. They have delivered my used and stained underwear - I contacted their customer service almost two weeks ago and no response. Their live chat advises 3 days wait. Going to do a chargeback with my bank now
Address printed wrong
Bought some items in the sale. But due to the way Calvin Klein had printed my address on the label my items were unable to be delivered. My items were sent back to Calvin Klein and I am being refunded and now my items aren’t available!!

Worst customer service I've experienced ever, I ordered a t-shirt, which I needed to return, the online returns system does not work and wont produce a returns label, and there's no-one or no-where that I can contact for help, the on-line chat had a 50day wait!!!!! there is no UK email address/customer service available, only a contact form to complete which sends with no confirmation, I've done this 3 times over a period of 4 weeks with no response! the only telephone number I can find is not UK based and no-one ever answers, so I'm actually worse off trying to resolve my issue as I'm being charged to sit in an never ending queue......complete waste of time and money.........please don't waste your money and stay well clear of Calvin Klein.

Disappointed with this experience. Communication was very slow, with long delays in replying to emails, and when I finally received a response, the issue was not resolved. The explanation given was unhelpful, and no effort was made to find a solution. Overall, poor customer service. I would not recommend using this site.

No delivery. Already a week late. The contact page now takes you to a page which has been removed from the web so you are no longer able to even query / ask for money back. If this was not Calvin Klein, you would assume it was a scam

This should include the customer service department which didn’t answer 5 of my 10 minute calls, didn’t respond to emails, but instead sent me marketing emails. Extremely disappointed with Calvin Klein’s customer service.
I placed an order at the beginning of December for Christmas gifts, which were never delivered. Despite this, weeks have now passed and I am still waiting for a refund.
I have emailed multiple times and cannot get hold of anyone — no meaningful responses, no resolution, and no accountability. Being left without the goods at Christmas was bad enough, but the lack of communication and failure to issue a refund is unacceptable.
For a brand of this size, I expected far better customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend ordering online unless you’re prepared to chase endlessly for money you’re owed.

Do NEVER buy anything from here. I bought a pair of pants almost 3 weeks ago and I have not received my pants or head anything from the seller. It is impossible for me to reach Calvin Klein and all my “track your package” links has expired and no information was ever uploaded. I cannot find any contact info of their costumer service and at this point I know I will never receive my package or get my money back.

I strongly recommend purchasing Calvin Klein products through another retailer rather than directly via the CK website.
I have experienced ongoing issues trying to resolve a fault with an item purchased online. Initial contact was made via the Calvin Klein UK website contact form, twice, with no acknowledgment received. Emails sent to customer service were also ignored.
The online chat wait time has increased from approximately 1600 minutes to over 4000 minutes, making it completely unusable. Phone support is equally frustrating, with calls disconnecting after around 45 to 50 minutes on hold.
Due to the lack of response from Calvin Klein UK, I escalated the matter to PVH, the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. I have now received two responses from PVH advising that my claim is being reviewed, however no resolution has yet been provided.
This level of service is extremely disappointing for a global brand of this scale. I would not purchase directly from the Calvin Klein website again and would instead choose a retailer with accessible and responsive customer support.
After reaching out to PVH (the parent company) they were not able to help. They did provide me with a link where you can select your country and you will then be able to select a different contact email. Unfortunately I’m not allowed to put it on here tho!
Once I email these. I received no apology but did receive my refund within a few days. I hope this helps with everyone else currently struggling to get a
