Online ordering from Canada is a nightmare

First of all, they seemingly forgot to ship out my order despite saying it had shipped. After reaching out to customer service twice I finally got a second shipment notification 2 weeks later. Returning anything from Canada is a nightmare, still trying to coordinate the return pickup with fedex, you have to stay home and wait for Fedex all day from 9am onward. If you miss their pickup attempt they still charge you the $3 fee. Absolutely terrible experience.

Bad, would not recommend you use the website

Bad, just bad. Do not use. Wrong orders, no confirmation, old packaging (and product?) sent. Pictures don’t match products. Go into a store by all means as great brand and product but the website really lets them down. They should shut it down, it undermines their quaility brand. Sorry.

I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience (Order #31077639163). I placed an order for the Bootcut Jeans, received a confirmation, and had my funds processed. To then receive a 'Sold Out' email days later is completely unacceptable for a brand of Calvin Klein’s stature.

Absolutely appalling boxer briefs

Absolutely appalling boxer briefs, and trunks. Do not waste your money on these poorly fitting, overpriced pieces of crap. Tried to get in touch with someone about it and absolutely no response. Arrogant bunch of pricks.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, both product and customer service. Bought 2 bra and pants sets, August 25. Barely worn them, but one bra has split at the cup. I would expect an organisation with a global reputation such as CK's, to not only make a serviceable product, but respond to customers when they have an issue with their purchase. Accidentally spoke to US customer service, and their response was excellent however, the same could most definitely not be said of the customer service in the UK which is, to say the least, crap. I will not be buying any more CK products and wholeheartedly discourage anyone else from doing so. It is evident that CK's goods are substandard as is its customer service.

I have been saving up lifestyle…

I have been saving up lifestyle vouchers from my employer who has kindly been rewarding me for my hard work. I have just gone to pay in the website and it only allows one voucher. So I now have wasted gift vouchers I can’t use because I certainly won’t be using your services again!!!! Appalling. No goodwill offers or help just sorry this is the policy.

Go to their shop not on line

Ordered last week on line with 24 hour postage but it took a week because the item didn’t come from a shop,Uk warehouse but the warehouse in Holland.
My advice is go to their shop if in stock don’t buy on line.

Service Team,
I am writing to report an issue with a puffer jacket I purchased from your Calvin Klein store approximately one month ago.

Today, I washed the jacket carefully according to the care instructions provided on the label. However, after washing, the jacket has lost its puff and the filling has become flat, leaving it in poor condition and no longer wearable. This is very disappointing, especially considering the jacket is only one month old and was purchased as a new, premium product.

I have taken proper care of the item and followed the recommended washing guidance, so I believe this may be a product fault or quality issue.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Purchased some items. Got an email a couple of days later that said the order hand been cancelled without any explanation whatsoever.
Definitely not purchasing from here again.

I ordered CKin2u perfume and it smells…

I ordered CKin2u perfume and it smells just like want I imagined it to be, I cant stop using it for everyday use,i only gave a 3 stars bc apparently the smell doesn’t lasts for so long, I used to reapply every now and then, and it is such a hassle, It should last longer bc the price is not reasonable for it.

Incorrect item no refund

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Calvin Klein.

I ordered a black lounge jogger set, but instead received a completely different item (a black and red pyjama set). After raising this with customer service, it took several months to receive a meaningful response. During that time, I no longer had the original packaging, which they later insisted was required to investigate further.

Customer service eventually confirmed that the product images and description online were incorrect at the time of purchase and that all current stock matched the item I received. However, despite this, the only resolutions offered were:
• Return the item for a full refund (which was no longer possible due to the delay), or
• Keep the incorrect item for a 10% refund or promotional code.

There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, the delay in handling the case, or the fact that the error originated from their side.

The experience felt unnecessarily difficult and poorly handled for a brand of this reputation. I would expect clearer communication, faster resolution, and a fairer outcome when a product is not as described.

Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering again.

Stil waiting delivery

I bought a few items from Calvin Klein. I've been waiting for the delivery for a week. I reported the situation to customer service, but no one has responded. I'm still waiting for the delivery. I don't understand why such a global company has such a shoddy delivery network. I can't even see where the delivery is. Customer service is zero. Customer satisfaction is zero. Even deliveries for cheap products aren't this delayed.

Calvin Klein has a very poor delivery service in Germany. Twice they failed to deliver my item to the designated location and returned it to the sender, even though I have ordered and received a lot of items at that address.

Defective item, no refund

I received defective, damaged goods. Customer service shifted the responsibility onto me, telling me to contact the courier and claiming it was their responsibility. After a week without any response from the courier, I filed an official complaint with the store and attached photos of the damaged shoes, etc. The store is pretending they never received it and is asking me to contact them via online chat. The customer service is very disappointing.
