Ant went above and beyond!
Ant delivered my gas canisters... He was on time and so helpful, he even unhooked my old empty canisters and re fitted my new ones for me!! Saved me so much hassle as I have weak wrists! What a legand and an awsome humanbeing... There aren't many of those left these days. What a breath of fresh air. I do hope he brings me my next gas bottles.

As with many seasonal products, demand can fluctuate significantly throughout the year. During periods of particularly high seasonal demand, stock can become temporarily constrained across the supply network.
This does not mean that Calor has permanently run out of gas; rather, the availability of specific cylinder sizes can be affected by demand, stock levels and the return of empty cylinders for refilling and redistribution.
To help alleviate these shortages, we kindly request that any empty cylinders cylinders, are returned to the depot as soon as possible. The prompt return of empty cylinders allows them to be processed, refilled and made available to customers more quickly.
In the meantime, please check Calor's Online Bottle shop, or alternatively, you can use the retailer search function on the website.

Amazing service
We recently got our gas from Calor Stoke. Craig was extremely helpful as we were unsure if our Cadac worked or not. He checked everything for us and sorted the gas etc. Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely go back again

I have a funeral to go to I asked for a refund if money I have overpaid ... They just refused me after saying on Thursday last week it will be in your account Tuesday .. they have just told me I cannot have it ... That is not their money it is my money and they refused me
And I have always been in front of my bills and I am really annoyed that. Member if staff has the right to tell me what I can and can't do with MY money not theirs ... Mine I overpaid on my standing order throughout the year ... Be warned people don't pay more than you need to you won't get it back to mily mins that's a kind of corporate theft !!!! That was in march the refund ..

I located your account and can confirm that the Metered Estates team has already provided guidance regarding the refund policy. Payments made are intended to cover actual consumption, and as a refund was issued to you only a few months ago, your latest refund request was declined.
The Metered Estates team has recommended switching to a variable Direct Debit going forward. This would help ensure your payments more closely reflect your actual consumption and reduce the likelihood of a credit balance building up on your account.
