Excellent service. This was my first time using Be Wiser but I don't think it will be my last. Siobhan Barrow the consultant I have just been dealing with was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for her when I was asking questions or I didn't understand anything.

My only concern is I’ve changed vehicle from Audi A4 to a Nissan pickup and I loose 20 years no claims, even though the pickup will be used for the same domestic use/driving only as the a4 can’t carry much and the local roads would break the a4 eventually. I now live in the country and need something appropriate. Smacks of profiteering to me. Hey ho, it’s a legal requirement to have insurance so the companies can basically do what they like! (And they wonder why people don’t insure their vehicles!)
