Patio door full length shutters.
Easy measuring and ordering. Arrived quickly. Packaging was very good. But there was an issue that the blanking caps for the holes fell out in transit and still feel loose when pushed back in place. Anti static wipes needed to remove the small debris.

Superb customer service
The shutters were delivered on time and were easy to fit. There was a mistake on one of the shutters, however the customer service was so good in rectifying the mistake, that I was happy to overlook it.
I would very much recommend them.

Great quality and easy to install.
Bought 6 in total , all are great quality and easy to install. Just make sure you follow the measuring up instructions and you cant go wrong. Wife now wants me to install in our kitchen as well.

Delayed Delivery and Poor Communications
Estimated delivery date missed. No communications to inform the customer of the delay. When telephoned, customer services were unable to say when the shutters would go into production. Told me to phone back in a week to chase the order. Disappointing customer service.

Very quick delivery, unfortunately one panel was damaged in transit, but a replacement was made and sent out to us quickly. The no drill shutters are really easy to fit, and look great

Excellent customer service
Ordered perfect fit shutters for windows and french doors but unfortunately one pair of french doors shutters had a slight issue.
I contacted California shutters and was helped by Amy who went above and beyond to rectify the issue by organising a new pair of shutters.
It was a pleasure dealing with someone who acted in such a professional manner to resolve the issue and Amy is a credit to California Shutters.

too good to be true 40% discount
When ordering there is a high pressure 'ends at midnight' 40% off. I took a video screenshot of my failed attempts after 3 failures - ALL BEFORE MIDNIGHT which appeared to throw a technical fault preventing you paying before this amazing discount ended.
Edit: Own learning points: having now read the other very recent reviews - will consider this a bullet dodged. I must read reviews first & question when big short-notice discounts are offered
