Received my jacket within 3 days of ordering...superb quality & the fit/size is perfect....Real leather with great stitching & zips....highly recommend

I'm really pleased with my jacket and the service I received. They responded promptly and politely to each of my questions - nothing was too much trouble.

The jacket supplied was of excellent quality leather, and the service to slightly shorten the sleeves was first class, and well within the 2 weeks timescale quoted.
The company is easy to communicate with -they respond very quickly to emails. Once you buy a Caine Leather garment, you will never buyer a cheaper (and poorer quality) one elsewhere.

Communication was fantastic. Swift delivery, a wonderful customer experience and I love the Jacket.

Would I reccomend them? ABSOLUTELY

I purchased a Salcombe Sheepskin Jacket online. It has arrived to Hungary on the 6th day after I ordered it, much sooner than I expected. Before I placed the order I called Customer service to help me choose the right size. They gave me great advise. The jacket is of high quality and fits perfectly. Thank you!

I live in upstate NY (USA) and our winters can be cold, blustery and generally miserable. I bought this jacket with the hope that it would hold up to the weather conditions and keep me warm while walking our dogs and being outside in general. It has been that and more. The quality of the jacket's workmanship is outstanding; it is very well made and very comfortable to wear despite its weight. That said, what has impressed me most about the jacket is how warm it is!! The temperatures recently have been 15 - 20º F with 'Real Feel" temps at or below 0º F and this jacket has kept me perfectly warm with only minimal layers needed under it. I would highly recommend this jacket to anyone living in a cold weather climate!! Thank you, Caine Leather!!

I know its my own fault, and I should have searched more... but purchasing from Caine cost far more than it should have done.
You can get the same jackets for some 30% cheaper elsewhere.
The exact same jackets, from the same manufacturers.
I paid £100 more than necessary.

Don't do as I did - research other suppliers before placing an order!

I bought the Jacket on 03/01/2024, and it arrived the next day.
The jacket was from a completely different company - Infinity London. I found the exact same Jacket on Amazon for £75 less. On the Caine leather website it was named Culmstock, but on the tag of the product that arrived it was called a Portland, and on Amazon it was called a Harrington.
The quality was not as I expected and the size chart given on the Caine website, judging by what I received, is wrong.
I would really not have to deal with returning this, it is quite inconvenient and frankly I believe they should be more transparent about what they are selling.

Christina and Alex @ Caine leather have been outstanding on helping with my order and the changes needed post Christmas. Communication and attentions have been consistently brilliant - and frankly, a breath of fresh air when dealing with online retail company. No hesitation in recommending.

I was unsure what size jacket to order for my husband so I contacted Caine online chat and they were so quick and helpful in their response. The jacket arrived very securely packed and within a few days. My husband was thrilled with the fit and we both thought the finish, material are excellent. Thank you Caine for making his Christmas gift so special.

Well I ordered my leather coat from Caineleather Thurs before Xmas and received it by lunchtime next day great leather and quality fits perfect measurements as stated i realy didn't expect it for Christmas .

After placing an order I received an email 3 days later to telling me the order had been cancelled and refunded as their was a issue with the item but to contact them on the 12th December when new stock would be delivered.

Called as requested on the 12th to reorder and spoke to a man whose customer service style was quite frankly hostile. He was rude, passive aggressive, condescending and confrontational. I was called names and told to purchase elsewhere as he didn’t want to do business with me.

In a cost of living crisis when independent and high street retailers are struggling you have to admire the arrogance required to treat a customer simply trying to make a purchase this way. I did suggest if the call was recorded perhaps the gentleman should listen to it to see how rude he was being which seemingly hit a nerve as he promptly hung up.

The whole experience was just bizarre. This said I should really thank the gentleman involved as had he not been so unpleasant I wouldn’t have looked at their reviews, wouldn’t have realised this company renames and resells another brand’s products at inflated prices and wouldn’t then have purchased the same item from Infinity of London directly at a fraction of the cost and had it delivered this week.

Maybe I’m old fashioned and this is a new trendy style of customer service but I found it extremely unpleasant. My advice would be to take Ian at his word and purchase from Infinity of London directly.

Like with some other reviews, my jacket came with tags from another company, namely 'Infinity Leather'. I paid £200 for a 'Sibiu' from Caine. Upon searching online I found exactly the same jacket for £100 on Amazon. I e-mailed Caine to clarify all this, but never heard anything back. Suffice to say, I sent the jacket back and bought it for the cheaper price. I had to pay to send it back though, because despite their seemingly generous returns policy, the returns label expired within a few days.

The jacket itself is nicely designed, hence why I ordered it in the first place. The quality of the leather is decent, probably worth £100, but definitely not £200. Caine's website gives the impression they're selling their own jackets, made in the UK, using high quality leather, but it seems what they're actually doing (at least in part) is re-selling cheapish jackets, probably from abroad, at exorbitant prices.

I ordered a duffle coat and one other to try out the styles. Both were too big in the medium I'm a 38" chest.
I returned them completing the return form included in the delivery which you to select the reason for return. I request exchange for two Badworthy pea coats small and ex small. Return and replacement all happened within a week. No fuss difference inprice was refunded to my account. I kept the small and returned the ex small and within 4 days full refund on returned coat.
The Badworthy pea jacket is brilliant really good quality well made strong buttons and button holes. Nice and warm. I will recommend Caine to anyone wanting a decent leather jacket

After purchasing a lovely trench coat from Caine i noticed the label in the back named 'Infinity leather' , so i popped along to the website and just out of interest, entered the name of the Trench Coat ' Battledown' , nothing came up BUT a HAMBURG did , exactly the same and cheaper, i it's on sale ( a whole £100 cheaper ) but that's my fault for not realising i would be receiving an 'Infinity' leather instead of a Caine brand .

I phoned Caine this morning , a well groomed young man answered the phone and i asked why on the Infinity Website the Their Battledown is a different name to the Manufactures and i was told they name their jackets themselves , in other words so they can charge extra , price hike .
After trying to explain to this well groomed young teenager that you are selling a LABELED product under different name ,this well groomed teenager then turned into the most unhelpful person BEWARE , saying i should of looked elsewhere it's not their fault .
So it's not their fault they send me a Trench coat with a Label brand under a different name just to inflate the price . Hey i was only going by TRUSTING the info on the website .

So please , anyone thinking of buying CAINE please research first , ask which brands the jackets are , go to the brands website and check all info .
£26 is pocket money but it was the attitude of ' It's your fault ' that you need to be prepared for .

It's seems this company are not happy with a bulk buy price discount they receive but also have to rename Labelled brands for extra cash ,so research first before pressing that buy button

The quality of the jacket was low, the material was cheap and it smelt of Cigarette smoke. The large positive was the inclosed return label with DPD. From ordering late on a sunday it only took 1 working day to get my jacket.

The jackets look nice on the website however the tag inside did not read 'Caine Leather' as one would expect. I have seen other reviews of Caine Leather where people have been able to trace their jacket manufacturer to India/Bangladesh and Pakistan rather than the UK.

I did call the company using the phone on the website and the chap on the other end could not have been nicer if he had tried.

Received my new leather coat today. Absolutely stunning and the quality is fantastic. The fit is spot on - now i just want cold weather! Customer Service was excellent with my order. Delivered on 3 days with communication during the whole process. I will now purchase a coat for my wife.
