Very unhappy, I asked to return the earrings as I didn't know some of the hanging pearls were missing. Sent 3 emails incl 2 on their website messaging, no reply. They only give you 7 days to send a return email to them. In the end I have posted them back with a note to their return address. The Postmen have tried 3 times so far to deliver them, unable to access. So I have no money or the earrings. Have had to take out a dispute, yet they're still selling jewellery!

Had a small issue at customs with my first oder (one missing form, Austrian customs are very strict) - Customer support was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my second order would arrive without any issues - which it did! Both my rings are absolutely stunning and were extremely fair priced. Will definitely be ordering again despite being in the EU - knowing they have excellent service.

I am delighted with my Rolex Oyster Perpetual, purchased from Don Laurence Jewellery in Cheltenham. The watch is in great condition and is keeping very good time. Their customer service staff respond quickly to questions and the watch was securely packed. Highly recommended.
