Very unhappy
Very unhappy, I asked to return the earrings as I didn't know some of the hanging pearls were missing. Sent 3 emails incl 2 on their website messaging, no reply. They only give you 7 days to send a return email to them. In the end I have posted them back with a note to their return address. The Postmen have tried 3 times so far to deliver them, unable to access. So I have no money or the earrings. Have had to take out a dispute, yet they're still selling jewellery!
