I received so much help in opening my account with CAF, customer services ensured I had all the information I needed. The website is straightforward to use. I prefer to donate anonymously and CAF is perfect for this, it also helps me gain information on charities I am interested in. Easy to donate
Once logged in, it was easy to find the charity I wanted to donate to.
I wanted to donate more than my current balance, and that did not cause a problem - I topped up just after donating.

This time I connected
This time I connected, logged into my favourites and gave easily. It is valuable to be able to give with the tax already claimed through your services. I do not begrudge the small fee you charge for doing this. One of the three charities I gave to replied. I have had no acknowledgement from the others. That you cannot control. I am grateful for the acknowledgement email CAF sent. Thank you for your service over the 40 years I have used you.

Simple way to donate
My husband and I have used CAF for many years as a simple way to donate to various charities. We have found it helps us to keep tabs on our giving for when we have to give this information to HMRC. It also helps us to arrange our finances so we transfer money monthly from our current account and top up when there are extra donations we wish to make.
The whole process is simple, professionally run and queries are answered promptly.

Easy to do donations over phone
Easy to do donations over phone. The staff are able to find the charities easily and quickly if you do not have the details to hand.
Im not very good online and can find it difficult sometimes to get into on line account but I don’t need to get into account much as Im sent emails letting me know how much I have in my account to spend.
I’ve never waited a long time in a queue on the phone either. A few minutes only each time.
The staff are lovely and very helpful too.
Im not keen receiving emails to donate to world emergencies preferring to decide to donate if I wish too. But there is no pressure to do so just informational emails about world disasters and natural emergencies etc. my personal choice and intention is only to do donations to UK charities as I don’t have a lot to donate and want to give to charities in this country with my small amounts.
I would recommend using CAF to donate every time Im so pleased I found them on google. It works very well for me.

CAF is Great!
From my perspective, CAF does a great job of making online donations easy. Also, whenever I've rung them up, they have been very helpful and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is because I found that I am unable to donated to a few charities via CAF.
