overall great, very minor issues
It was easy to customize and order. I got a mug which showed up broken the first time, but it was easy to report the problem and get my order resent, and it arrived unbroken the second time. It kind of put me off that the only way I could seem to find to report the damaged order was an AI chatbot, but it worked fine. Both deliveries were quick and actually came before the estimated dates. It looks nice and is pretty much exactly how I hoped - the text is slightly fuzzy, but not enough to be noticeable unless you’re up close and it’s probably more a problem on my end with the resolution of the image I used. Overall pretty great.

Everything was easy- price was great- my only issue was the soccer ball etching doesn’t look like a soccer ball. And the tote was way smaller than I thought. I should have read the description better. The sign I ordered was supposed to be a beige but came out on the pink side…They turned out nice just could be a little better. I would definitely recommend this brand.
